Glad to see Ben’s continuing the old Peter Parker tradition of just picking up people. Still waiting to see the fact that Kafka clearly took the assignment for less than altruistic reasons come up. Forever mad they made her younger and thinner, but that’s an issue for the 90′s.

Thoughts on ASM5 #84
Yeah, this one’s gonna need to be in one post so I don’t get obnoxious
Cannot begin to explain how wrong it feels to see a Spider-Man living in the lap of luxury.
I said it in a different post, but I want to see Kafka’s reasons for taking the job! I want to see what she thinks of working with the guy who brought her back to life as a clone.
“Obvi, we’re total babes.” AAGHHH MY EYES! THIS DIALOGUE BURNED MY EYES. PLEASE, THIS MAN’S SUPPOSED TO BE IN HIS EARLY 30s! Although, I suppose it can be forgiven, assuming he’s not as much of a workaholic and separate from normal population as Peter is. Still.
Ben... you wanna, you know... get on with catching Doc Ock?
Oh yeah that tracks. And it wasn’t sneaky at all, Ben, what are you talking about?!
Cons of doing the whole “Spider-Man’s a sell-out” plot: Spencer did it a couple of years ago. Pros: they’re doing it better than Spencer.
