i did not care for v6
except for maria she was genuinely golden
#uncaught-coolfish#apathy arc was good. this volume looked good. neo was good. that is literally it#fucking hell im gonna sound high but i have more positive things to say for v5. and v5 was ASSSSSSS#v5 looked super pretty. some of the fights excluding THE ONE were really good. freezerburn! ilia was written wrong but she was in it!#Everything else was either insanely mid or really really bad. also the racism which Against Popular Opinion had NOT GONE AWAY#v6 was easily the best volume in the mistral arc but that’s not saying much when#the mistral arc was genuinely the worst part of this show maybe. tee bee ach.#and I’m saying this as someone who vehemently loathes v8#but again. i adored maria in v6. out of all the new cast she’s easily the fave and while I think this shows comedy#has always barely landed. maria was funny. she was really funny. had a good little chuckle over that one I’m coming after you#AND YES. this includes THE fight 😔 it had good choreo but tbh it could’ve been better#also it was the beginning of the blake nerf patch.
