also it is so funny how scared doctors (especially newer ones) get of nurses bc it really is so true that they run the show
#bc doctors are the ones who give the orders but the nurses are the ones who have to carry them out#so if you make stupid decisions then yeah the nurses are gonna be on your ass when they're the ones stuck with a patient who is still doing-#-poorly and they can't make any decisions to change the care plan unless the doctor gives new orders#or like when aides are put in charge of watching over an aggressive patient and the doctors refuse to order sedatives or restraints#like okay then you come here and get punched then#personal
