I really, really hope Sarah Kinsley sleeps well at night knowing she made one of the all-time best when she wrote The King.
#thinking out loud#like!!!!!!!! i really didn't realize it would have the lasting power that it has with me#but maybe...it truly is one of my favorites at this point#i'm sometimes a little wary of calling a song a fave until i know a little more about the artist's hand in the rest of their work#or at least until i develop enough of a relationship with the song memory-wise#but this one....girl i have NOT stopped listening to it all year#(she also has a new ep coming out soon and i am interested mhmm yes)
