I just finished reading Fourth Wing after picking it up because of all the hype, and because I love dragons, and... I have to say it's the worst book I've read in quite a while lmao. the dragons were its only redeeming quality
#seriously not worth it y'all sorry#not tagging the title bc i don't want to rain on other peoples' parade#it just was notttt my cup of tea at all#if you like a court of thorns and roses you might like fourth wing. personally I hated ACOTAR for a lot of the same reasons#mainly: language and writing style that clashed painfully with the supposed genre#(fantasy characters saying shit like 'Holy.
