What is it with producers trying to adapt EXTREMELY un-visual stories, speaking of. Murderbot. The Scholomance. Stories that live and die on the strength of their first-person narration. These are NOT stories made for the screen. They will need extensive adaptation work to make them work in a visual medium, and we ALL know they weren't picked for being exciting challenges.

#I doubt either adaptation will ever come to light to be honest #it just smells of 'THIS THING IS SELLING!! QUICK!!! GRAB IT!!!'#with no thought behind it.#then again they did adapt The Host......#(SIGH) and miscast it horribly with a white actress on the lead.#The Scholomance adaptation still annoys me profoundly. SPINNING SILVER WAS RIGHT THERE!!#it is MADE for the screen it is READY TO GO
