remember   the   whole   portrait   sketches   i   promised   to   draw   for   like   3   people   -   well   ,   this   one   is   for   @futureforged   .   obv   jayce   is   like   -   mostly   the   main   one   rendered   here   in   terms   of   painting   .   this   WAS   LITERALLY   SUPPOSED   TO   BE   JUST   A   SKETCH   AND   NOT   A   FULL   ON   THING   ???   it   kinda   is   ,   but   i   originally   had   no   intent   of   rendering   ...   it's   unfinished   ,   but   i   hope   you   like   -

Here’s  an  eepy  modern  sett  sketch  .  wow  first  look  at  a  modern  depiction  of  sett  …  he’ll  get  his  clothes  once  i  do  a  cleaner  lineart  .  but  this  WILL  be  colored  and  cleared  up  .  i  attempted  to  erase  the  messy  doodles  around  the  face  but  …  this  is  just  a  morning  warm  up  hehe  .

wanted  to  share  the  best  sett  cat  nod  ever  made  by  my  homie  husband  @windchaser  &  also  just  say  i  will  eventually  post  my  head-canon  modern  verse  with  it’s  own  timeline  &  can  sort  of  merge  into  heartsteel  ,  had  sett  ever  went  that  route  to  begin  with  .

thinking  about  vastayan  courtship  &  devotion  ,  while  also  maintaining  human  tradition  given  sett  being  raised  in  both  worlds  .  vastayans  typically  represent  their  love  in  a  dance  ,  &  while  dance  isn’t  his  forte  or  experience  ,  sett  likes  the  idea  of  simply  embracing  &  gently  guiding  in  a  sway  .  his  fanged  smile  appears  &  he  nuzzles  his  stubbled  face  against  their  shoulder  .  he’s  not  sett  if  he’s  not  a  lil’  lecherous  —-  he’s  making  a  deep  rumble  in  his  chest  ,  a  growl  in  the  back  of  his  throat  ,  trying  to  talk  ,  his  wide  hands  fitting  perfectly  against  the  shape  of  his  partner’s  body  .  he’s  whispering  his  affections  &  excitement  .  being  sure  to  remark  his  seemingly  infinite  stamina  .

this   is   an   inbox   call   disguised   as   𝐒𝐄𝐓𝐓's   personal   calling   card   .   if   you're   interested   - like   (   ♡   )   or   comment   !   &.   i'll   be   sure   to   get   back   to   you   !

i   ended   up   clearing   out   drafts   /   inbox   messages   due   to   being   unable   to   reply   to   them   in   a   timely   manner   ,   and   will   resort   to   opening   up   new   threads   and   inbox   stuff   ! 

we all know that sett loves being pet ( and deserves the head scritchies ) but does sett find it at all disrespectful or offensive if people he doesn't know or trust comment upon or try to touch his animal features ?

he  does  actually  .  he  knows  his  ears  can  be  a  center  of  attention  &  usually  defuse  most  of  the  intimidation  he’s  trying  to  aim  for  ,  giving  off  something  in  nature  of  [  cute  ]  .  people  in  valoran  are  generally  respectful  about  the  vastayan  community  ,  as  they  come  in  all  shapes  ,  sizes  ,  &  magic  .  animal  inspirations  can  differ  or  there  is  a  mix  .  so  there’s  not  usually  a  case  where  someone  has  come  up  to  sett  &  just  attempt  at  touching  his  ears  or  petting  him  .

he’s  quite  tall  ,  so  it  usually  hinders  the  possibility  of  that  happening  .  his  stature  is  also  very  burly  ,  so  it  can  make  others  adhere  to  his  power  &  aggressive  appearance  .

if  push  comes  to  shove  ,  sett  will  make  somebody  apologize  if  they  think  about  touching  or  commentating  about  his  ears  .  it  was  a  very  regular  thing  before  his  career  as  the  boss  of  an  ionian  —  noxian  inspired  —  fighting  pit  .  being  a  pit  fighter  ,  getting  under  the  skin  of  your  opponents  came  in  handy  of  winning  the  stage  &  the  hearts  of  the  crowd  .  sett  was  used  to  having  his  ears  pointed  out  ,  &  that  he  was  just  some  lost  young  pup’  wandering  the  wrong  streets  .  he  silenced  that  joke  many  ,  many  times  .

he  absolutely  hates  when  others  not  within  his  circle  of  trust  feel  ,  stroke  ,  or  briefly  caress  them  .  his  ears  are  sensitive  ,  &  it’s  an  appendage  he  heavily  relies  on  for  listening  just  like  the  ears  of  everyone  else’s  .  this  is  held  true  for  his  tail  located  beneath  his  tailcoat  .  i’m  sure  there’s  an  unspoken  rule  in  regards  to  [  touching  ]  a  vastaya  as  a  stranger  .

I am… unwell about this character. on so many levels. catch me in the sett brainrot in the next few hours.

         this   is   the   official   &.   permanent   plotting   call   between   our   muses   !   liking   this   allows   me   to   see   that   you   are   interested   in   developing   a   more   serious   interaction   with   SETT   THE   BOSS   .   we   can   discuss   all   sorts   of   events   &.   even   dive   into   different   verses   .   

sett's   haymaker   /   ult   getting   nerfed   in   wild   rift   because   of   heartsteel   ...   NOT   COOL   !!   fr   nerfed   my   mans   in   lane   .   at   least   the   hearsteel   rework   can   restore   most   of   these   nerfs   and   return   his   numbers   to   relatively   what   is   was   before   ??   in   terms   of   HP%   consumed   in   damage   executed   ...   man   i'm   not   happy   .   but   SAMIRA   GETS   BUFFED   ???

thinking   about   sett's   appearance   usually   appearing   more   noxian   than   ionian   most   times   .   heavily   taking   after   his   father   ,   &   a   noxian   soldier's   attributes   :   brick   jaw   ,   broader   shoulders   ,   that   wrinkle   of   his   nose   around   the   crest   of   his   brow   ,   the   unrelenting   barrel   for   a   fight   .   the   darker   pigment   around   the   ball   &   lids   of   his   eyes   .
