It's Time to Start Dating Again
Many of us will have had a variety of dating experiences. Starting with the early crushes at school and then the intensity of our young loves we will no doubt have had several ups and downs throughout our dating life. As we get older many of us will have started investing more seriously of ourselves, hoping to form a longer term relationship with a life partner. If those hopes don't materialise we may for a time decide to take a break from dating. That break can be wisely employed for healing, recovering from the heartbreak and also deciding what it is that we really want from a longterm partner. As time goes by we will gradually start to feel ready, that it's time to start dating again. Let's look at ways to know it's time to start dating again. - Be true to yourself. Many people look to the press, popular magazines, their local clubs and bars to see what is the most aspirational look of the moment. Whilst it is interesting to be aware of popular media, the latest fashions and trends turning yourself into a clone of everyone else is certainly no recipe for success in the dating game. And in fact, wearing the latest clothes and hanging out in the latest places can be wearing, draining and tiresome especially if you'd much rather be doing something completely different. When it's time to start dating again being true to yourself is a much more effective of finding someone suitable for you. - Work on your issues. If you find that you repeat negative patterns of behaviour, cannot handle disagreements or confrontation, become hostile when faced with advice or criticism, why not commit to hypnotherapy or counselling as a way of addressing your issues before it's time to start dating again. Hypnotherapy is a valuable way of understanding the reasons for those old reactions and responses and then appreciating that as they no longer serve a useful purpose they can now be let go. - Appreciate advice but make your own choices and decisions. The important people in your life, family, friends are often invested in seeing you settled. They want you to be happy, but they may have their own agenda with advice and opinions. Appreciate their advice but remember that it's you who has to live with the choices you make. By all means, enjoy their care and attention but take a step back and work out what's best for you. - Take care of yourself. The ending of a relationship can be a devastating blow to our confidence and self-esteem. What needs to happen to improve those areas for you? Yes, hypnotherapy can be a help, but so too can taking the time to refresh your image. Some people take the opportunity to update their look, lose a little weight, tone up, change the way they dress, join a gym, learn some new skills. Making an effort to invest time and energy into yourself is a good way to prepare for when it's time to start dating again. - Say 'yes' to invitations. Even something that does not sound especially appealing may lead to making new friends, meeting interesting people, engaging in new, unexpected activities. Say 'yes' because you never know where it may lead. - Maintain an interest in what's happening around you. It's important to be able to join in with popular, topical discussions, especially when it's time to start dating again. Retaining the ability to converse socially is important. Many people are fine conversing in a professional environment; they know what is expected of them and are able to maintain their confidence in those situations. Social conversations are often more testing as there is no agenda for them. Maintain an interest in several topical areas so that you can feel confident about initiating or joining relaxed conversations. - Be proactive with your social life. Familiarise yourself with future events, concerts, shows, sporting fixtures and organise dates with the people in your sphere. This way you ensure that you are busy, have a fun and interesting time away from work and as a consequence, may even meet someone with whom you get on especially well. Having a special someone in your life adds companionship, support, friendship, sex into your life. Being out of the dating loop for a while can impact on your self-esteem, confidence and feel an unsettling time. It can be useful to use your single time to address your issues, look after yourself and appreciate the single life. Then when it's time to start dating again you're not desperate, but looking for someone who will enhance your life and make it better.

4 Tips To Increase Your Online Poker Cash Game Profits
Cash games are arguably the best, most consistent method of making an online profit from poker. These 4 tips will give you the edge at the poker table, allowing you to win cash from poker players who are just 'playing casually'. These tips are aimed at people looking to make money at the micro to low blind level tables (blinds lower than one dollar / pound). 1. Play tight! The first tip requires an exclamation mark, which must mean it's important! Cash games have no incremental blind structure, meaning whatever you pay for your first blind is what you'll be playing for the duration of your stay at that table (unlike poker tournaments where the blind levels increase). This means that you can just fold your trash hands over and over, waiting to catch a big hand and double up. There's no point frittering your hard earned cash away on low-medium strength hands. Even if it is low stake poker you're playing, to improve your game you must never risk your chips without the right risk:reward ratio. 2. Patience is a virtue. This saying is applicable for so many aspects of life, especially for online poker. When you first join an online poker table, you'll be asked the question 'post big blind' which essentially means you pay a big blind out of turn, allowing you to start getting dealt cards straight away (if you don't post big blind you wait until the big blind falls on you naturally). Don't use this function, be patient. Wait until it's your turn for the big blind and then start playing, staking chips that you don't need to is a bad idea, it sounds obvious but many poker players post the big blind out of turn. 3. Unleash the beast. Once you've involved yourself in a hand, it's time to engage your second personality. Your first personality should be the tight player, who's folding a lot of hands and rarely getting involved. Once you've involved yourself you must protect those chips, and make sure you win. Time to switch to personality number two, the beast! If it's your turn to act and no one else has bet, ALWAYS make a continuation bet. The continuation bet is possibly the most consistent way of winning a hand. Even if your opponent has hit a hand and you haven't, you've got a tight image so they will give you respect - and hand over their chips to you. 4. Know thy odds. Maths. That's essentially what poker is. If you know your chances of hitting a hand which will make you win, you can assess whether any decision will be profitable. Even if your maths fails you on one occasion (someone sucks out on you), you know that over a long period of time the averages will become more and more accurate - you'll be the winner in the long run. These online poker tips have provided the Profit from Poker team with a huge amount of revenue from internet poker, but don't just take our word for it. Try these online poker tips today at the best poker rooms on the web. You can even use no deposit poker bonuses to test them out, costing you no money but still allowing you to win BIG money.

5 Best Online Poker Cash Game Tips
Below is a list of the 5 most important aspects of having a solid poker cash game, I have used these tips to make a poker a very profitable hobby for me. Play tight. In cash games the blinds levels never increase, the only way to change blinds is to move to a different table. This is important because, unlike tournament poker, you don't ever have to change your pre-flop hand selection. You can wait for your premium hands, and let the other players lose their cash with mediocre-weak hands. To make a profit from cash games, you must learn to be patience, poker is not a game for the restless. Choose the best table. This is probably the tip that will increase your profits the most. If you are capping yourself at a certain blind level (you normally want 200x big blinds at the table), then use the search function, which almost all poker rooms have, and find the largest 'average pot'. Tables with large average pots mean players are betting their money wildly, and it becomes an ideal place to make a profit. Bet before you call. The general rule of thumb is: you need to have a better hand to call than you do to raise. If you call a bet, you learn nothing about their hand, you don't increase the pot (by as much as a raise would do) and you don't give yourself the chance to win the pot there and then. If you don't have a made hand (e.g. flush or straight draw), make the bet anyway! You could win the pot, you could hit the flush or straight on the next card or you could get re-raised. Even if you do get re-raised, you have learnt a lot about your opponent's hand, and you can re-evaluate your next decision. Take your time. If you have your hard earned cash on the table, you should take the time to think through every decision with detail. Think through how your opponent has acted in previous hands, what he could have that beats you, what he could have that you beat and whether you have the Expected Value to call. Bully the weak players. No, I don't mean call them names - bully them at poker. If a player is playing timidly, and is folding anything but aces, you must be a predator and extract as much money out of him as possible. If he re-raises you, you know he has the nuts, which makes your decision easy! Cash games are arguably the most lucrative and consistently profitable type of poker available on the internet. To profit from poker successfully, you must practise and practise these tips.

4 Short Game Tips To Improve Your Short Game
There is no surer way to lower your scores than if you improve your short game. Here are 4 short game tips to help you do just that. Try to get to the golf course early and after warming up on the range, ensure you spend at 15 to 30 minutes on the short game area and practice putting green. Putting Don't concentrate on the line and holing out putts, focus more on getting the speed of your putts right. The majority of amateur golfers will 3 putt more on the front nine than the back nine, and this can be put down to lack of feel on the longer putts. Most golfers struggle more with the speed of putts than the line, so concentrate during these vital minutes on developing a better feel for distance. Also concentrate on whether the putt is uphill or downhill. Most of our putts will be good for direction but the problems are usually with the pace of the putt. Chipping Keep Your Weight on your Front Foot in the Back Swing A chip shot spends around 1/3 of the time in the air and 2/3 rolling towards the hole. The secret is to get the ball running as soon as possible. You can use a variety of clubs for this shot from 5 iron up through your wedges. The common fault is that golfers top or thin the ball or hit the ground behind it. All of these faults are the result of setting up incorrectly. There are 3 things you need to do to ensure a correct set-up and that are quite simple. Ball Position The golf ball should be in the centre of your stance, if it is too far forward you will tend to top it, thin it or pull it to the left. Too far back in the stance and you may top it, shank it or pull it to the right. So Keep it in the centre of your stance, no matter what club you are using. Weight Distribution Always make sure you place around 75% of your weight on your front foot (foot nearest the hole). This will ensure that you hit down on the ball. Also make sure that this weight is maintained throughout the swing, even on your back swing. Grip Down On The Club If you grip down the shaft a bit, this will ensure a cleaner more controlled strike at impact. Pitching The club head must Stay Low to the Ground After Impact A pitch shot should have maximum air time of 2/3 in the air and 1/3 rolling towards the hole which is the opposite of the chip shot. These shots can be played with a pitching wedge, sand wedge or lob wedge. Executing the shot so it has maximum air time needs good technique. Again this is not difficult to achieve if you set up correctly. A low follow through gives the ball maximum air time. A lot of golfers try to finish high thinking this will lift the ball in the air, but only results in top or hitting behind the ball. Set up similar to a chip shot with the ball in the middle of your stance and 75% of weight on your front foot. Grip the club down the grip slightly so that the end of the grip is pointing to the middle of your left leg. Ensure that you keep your weight on the front foot throughout the swing (Don't transfer your weight) and follow through close to the ground after impact. It will feel as if you are almost chopping at the ball. Try this out and see the huge difference in consistency and ball flight. Bunker Play Make Sure You Make a Full Back Swing Most golfers are afraid of thinning the ball and the ball shooting straight into the face of the bunker or coming out of the bunker at speed and travelling way too far. Because of this the majority of golfers decelerate on the down swing and hardly move the ball at all. With this correct technique it will ensure that the club head swings down at the bottom of the swing allowing the bounce on the sole of the club to impact the sand at the correct angle. Ball Position Position the ball across from you left heel to allow the club head to swing down into the sand at impact not up. Weight Transfer Set up with 75% of your weight on your front foot, making sure that the end of the grip is pointing to your belt buckle. Do not transfer any weight throughout the swing, keep the weight on your front foot. With any bunker shot you are trying to hit the sand and not the ball. Try these 4 short game tips before you start your round and you will see your short game and scores improve dramatically.

Review: Rainbow Moon (PS3)
Developer(s): EastAsiaSoft Platform(s): PlayStation Network Price: $14.99 Release Date: July 4, 2012 Roleplaying games have come very far from their tabletop ancestors. Trigger-happy gamers have lost interest in the more tactical approach to RPGs and we see more titles leaning towards action and faster paced gameplay. Precise item management and strategic planning are almost extinct, with only a few titles like Dungeon Defenders, Disgaea, and now the PSN exclusive Rainbow Moon preserving the tradition. Rainbow Moon is an encyclopedia of old school treasures. The game combines the best elements of classic strategy RPG titles into a vast, 100+ hour journey, and it's only 15$. Don't be fooled by the cutesy graphics and perplexing title, Rainbow Moon is a deep, grid based strategy game for skilled RPG buffs. The Good - Addictive Gameplay - Lengthy Campaign - Charming Visuals - Memorable Soundtrack - It's only 15$ The Bad - Grinding might turn off some players - Uninteresting story After a shadow-puppet style opening, you take role of Baldren, a warrior who gets tossed through a portal by his long-time nemesis. Waking up on the mysterious Rainbow Moon, Baldren unwillingly opens a dimensional gate, letting hordes of monsters overtake the peaceful planet. You meet quirky characters on your quest to save Rainbow Moon, some of which join your party, but it's clear that the hackneyed narrative is an afterthought. This isn't a bad thing though. Rainbow Moon shines on the battlefield. This is a glorious throwback to games like Final Fantasy Tactics and Ogre Tactics. Rainbow Moon does an exemplary job of teaching you how to play. Whether you're a veteran strategist or never played a game of this type, battles gradually introduce new gameplay mechanics and ways to manage your supplies. Failing to optimize your armor and skill points is detrimental to success. Each minor skill boost and every item in your inventory is key to advancing. Yes, grinding is a must, but it never feels boring or cheap. As you traverse the colorful world, you'll see enemies patrolling the environment, with some encounters initiated randomly. A fight occurs every couple of steps, but enemies get significantly tougher in each new area. Dying in battle puts you back in the same spot on the map where you crossed the enemy, but with 1HP on your life bar. This allows you to either journey back to a healer, fight easier enemies to level up, or simply try again. The encounters are exhilarating. Like a game of chess, you move on a grid and your actions are turn based. The frequency and distance of your moves increases by leveling up your character. A higher level, however, doesn't always result in a win. You need to upgrade your skill points and armor accordingly in order to gain advantage in battle. Each win rewards you with rainbow points, which can be spent to increase defense, attack power, luck, speed, and so forth. It's imperative that you manage your inventory properly as you'll run out of potions and food in no time. That's right, your characters need to eat, otherwise their health degenerates when they're hungry. The micromanaging might sound like a chore, but everything has a direct impact on your performance in battle. As a result, it never feels repetitive or pointless. You begin the game with only one character, Baldren, but new warriors with varied skills and weapons join you later, adding another level of challenge to enemy encounters. Once you have three team members, things get much trickier. If a character uses a bow and arrow, for example, they need to be two squares away in order to strike the enemy. Others might need to be adjacent to the opponent, unless they are using a skill that has a specific hit formation. Additionally, there's a weapon hierarchy that has a direct impact on your attack points. Using your sword on enemies with an axe results in less damage than when attacking someone with a bow and arrow. There's more to the system, but you get the gist of it. The colorful world of Raibow Moon has a very distinct, charming art style. It's reminiscent of Super Nintendo's Dragon Warrior and Breath of Fire games, but with an HD facelift. The environments are surprisingly diverse, with deep forests, vast deserts, sunny beaches, and even snow-covered mountains. The same can't be said for enemy variety. Each area has its own enemy type, but it can take several hours of grinding before you meet new foes. Likewise, character animation could use work. The movement is choppy and attacks look like they consist of two frames of animation. Maybe it's a stylistic choice, referencing the 16-bit era just like the graphics, but it looks clumsy. Even so, the visuals have personality and stay fresh throughout the entire adventure. The townsfolk of Rainbow Moon don't speak, aside from a few mumbling words that trigger text boxes, but the music is exceptionally captivating. I found myself humming the theme song long after finishing the game. Each area has its own well-placed soundtrack, with battle music undeniably characteristic of glorious SNES days. Aberdare National Park
On the slopes of the Aberdare Ranges stands a giant Mugumo (fig) tree whose look can tell of its long existence and whose history can only be termed as rich. The Mau Mau freedom fighters made crevices in the tree's trunk which they used as a secret post office where they dropped messages through their agents. In respect of the Mau Mau leader Field Marshall Dedan Kimathi, the fig tree became known as the Kimathi Post office. The Aberdare National park is also famous for caves which were used by the freedom fighters as hide outs during the Guerrilla uprising against the British colonialists. Of interest in this park are the moorlands, bamboo thickets, Ol Donyo Lesatima and Kinangop peaks, Gura falls, Karuru falls, Chania falls, Magura falls, streams, rivers, rugged terrains, and deep ravines. The park is home to large herds of the African elephant, buffaloes, black rhinos, rare bongo antelopes, wild dogs, giant forest hogs, Columbus monkeys, baboons, leopards, Sykes monkeys, warthogs, red duikers, reed bucks, elands, Genet cats, hyenas, and variety of bird species. The surrounding local community is the Kikuyu who believe the ranges to be one of the homes of their God (Ngai). The locals originally named them Nyandarua (drying hide) due to their many distinctive folds. The colonialists however, knew them as the White Highlands because of the large numbers of Europeans who settled there in the 1920's. The ranges were later renamed in 1884 by Joseph Thomson an explorer, after Lord Aberdare who was the president of the Royal Geographic Society. Activities to participate in include trout fishing in the streams and rivers (sports fishing license should be obtained at the Park gates), mountain climbing, day and night game viewing, camping, picnicking, horse riding, photography, bird watching, and nature walks. For effective game viewing it is advisable to book into the Tree Tops or Ark Lodges which provide an excellent platform due to their close proximity to watering holes. The Tree Tops hotel was literally built on the top of trees as a two-roomed tree house. It was rebuilt after being burnt down by African guerrillas in 1954 during the uprising and now contains 50 rooms. To get to the Ark guests have to go through Aberdare Country Club an elegant country hotel which is the access point for the Ark. From the lodges, it is possible to view elephants bathing, black rhinos squishing in muck, water bucks, buffaloes, gazelles and even the bush baby. Animal viewing is especially outstanding at night when most of them gather at the watering holes.

Improve Your Game on the Driving Range With a Bushnell Rangefinder
We all know that the Bushnell Rangefinder range of products is the best rangefinder on the market today and that they produce both laser and GPS based products, including a hybrid device that combines both laser and GPS. We also know the benefits that using one of these devices gives the golfer in terms of improving their course management and as a result their scores. But how do we go about using these devices at the driving range? Are these rangefinders and GPS distance measuring devices only useful when we are actually playing golf or can we golfers get more value for our hard earned money when we visit the driving range to fine tune our games? Most average golfers will go to the driving range and concentrate on their technique. We will be trying to increase our muscle memory so that it becomes more second nature when playing a round. Others will go to the range just to hit driver and see how far they can hit it. This is great and very worthwhile. However we can also equally benefit from fine tuning how far we hit each club and this is where the Bushnell Rangefinder can be very useful. Most driving ranges will have some permanent markers at various distances from the teeing area. If you have any of the Bushnell Laser Rangefinders, take a measurement using this device to each of the markers and write these down on an old scorecard or whatever is available. It is important to do this each time we go to the range since the teeing area will change from one day to the next making these distances different. If you have a GPS based rangefinder, then provided it has the capacity to capture GPS coordinates (like the Bushnell Neo+) then you can setup a new course consisting of one hole being the driving range and then capture the positions of the permanent markers. It's best to do this when the range if closed!!! Now you have exact measurements from the teeing ground to the specific points on the driving range you can work out how far you hit each club and practice hitting a controlled shot to an exact distance. This type of practice will be of enormous use since over time you will determine what is your favourite distance to hit a short iron with the greatest accuracy. This will mean your approaches into the greens when playing a round will be closer to the hole giving you more chances to make birdie. Great for those par fives or short par fours when you have a choice of clubs to hit from the tee. There is one major consideration here that you need to be aware of. And that is that range balls aren't the same as the ball you play a round with. Generally, a range ball is built for durability and reduced distance. Two factors that are very important to driving range operators. So you will have to be cognisant of the fact that if the driving range you use uses range balls then the distances will vary. A general rule of thumb is to assume they will fly about 15% less than a normal ball. So factor this into your calculations when using a rangefinder to check your distances. Also it pays to use Google to research the type of balls used at your range compared to normal balls. So as you can see, the Bushnell Rangefinder can be very useful for practice and play. Not only is it the best rangefinder available, but you can get better use of it on the driving range. So improve your game with a Bushnell rangefinder or GPS based distance finder.

Helpful Steps in Achieving That Correct Golf Swing
The correct golf swing is an action which permits a golfer to come up with a momentum, accuracy and speed which is delivered through the club head to the ball. Take note that the golf swing is not considered to be a wild lunge at the ball, but is more of an accurate and calculated movement that is specially designed to obtain maximum club head speed in a well-balanced action. A lot of people wonder what would be the right and correct golf swing? Many would claim that it is some universal default golf swing coming from the address position. However, one that can be considered as the correct golf swing, for an individual, would be one that the golfer finds more natural, simple and easy, especially when it comes to a beginner. Here are some helpful tips that you can follow in order achieve that correct golf swing: • The first step would be standing directly behind the ball and facing the hole to find a the correct position to aim. It is much easier to have an aim on the ball when you are approaching the shot from behind rather than from the side. • The next step is to stand to the side of the ball. Just ensure that the ball is in line with the inside of your front heel and with your stance just being about shoulder width apart. This position will permit your hands to follow through, as well as it gives your club better loft. • Even before you start swinging, it is highly important that you should free yourself and your body from any and all tension. You can do this by bending your knees slightly, and eventually releasing all of the tension that is accumulating on the upper part of the body. You should be feeling like your arms are just simply dangling in front of you. Remember that your arms are not doing the work, but your legs are. • In order to know that you have the right and proper grip, you can make use of the logo that can be found on your glove. If you are able to read the writing on your gloves, then this is a good indication that you have the proper grip. • Next, let's check your stance. Start by standing with both feet apart at about shoulders width. With your front foot that being slightly open. This will make it much easier for you to make a full turn. In addition, to get yourself in a more correct posture, just imagine yourself sitting on a chair and using your arms and hips to rotate through the ball. • Lastly, the first part of the swing is known as the backswing. This begins with taking the club back straight until it's parallel to the ground. Take note that many missed hits come from taking the driver back towards the body in an instant instead of first coming back straight. Always remember that your attitude towards the game can have a huge effect, as much as your talent does, when it comes to having a correct golf swing. Therefore, it is best that you should always stay positive and upbeat. I'm sure if you can follow these simple steps, you will be enjoying your golf game a lot more compared to other times.

Garden Games: A Concise History
Manufacturing costs have been reduced considerably over the last decades. This is mainly due to the use of plastics, moulding procedures and the use of fast growing, softwood trees, keeping the price of materials down. Combined with vast manufacturing competition, mainly due to countries like China, garden games are now available to all walks of life. Many traditional board games are now manufactured in giant garden game format; affordable, durable and easy to clean and store. Some, like giant chess, can be decorative as a permanent feature in the garden, and a beautifully manicured lawn with croquet hoops and pegs in place, gives a large garden the appearance and feel of an estate fit for nobility! Chess is thought to have origins as far back as 600AD, in what is now known as northern India and Afghanistan. The game spread along the trade routes through Persia (now known as Iran) and to Europe after the invasion of Persia by the Moors. Here it acquired the names for the different pieces that we know today. Coquet, arguably the most popular garden game, is thought to have its origins in France in the 17th century - the word "croquet" derived from an Old North French word that means "shepherd's crook". It was introduced into England and played at what was later named Pall Mall after the original name of the game. A separate theory is that the current form of croquet, arrived in England from Ireland, named after an Irish word that sounded like "crooky". Even though it lost some of its popularity when lawn tennis gained popularity in the last decade of the 19th century, it is still popular all over the world; different versions are played in different countries. A variety of croquet sets are available from sets of exceptional quality, to the smaller and more affordable, which can be adapted for use in gardens that do not provide room for the 30 by 50 yard green needed for the original layout. Different varieties of Skittles are mentioned in the 14th century history of France and Germany. It was one of the most popular sports in Medieval England and was also played in Belgium and Holland. Skittles, Nine Pins, Dutch Pins, Four Corners and Rolly Polly, are primary forms of the game that was refined in the 19th century, to be played indoors in alleys and outdoors on grass. This, like bowls, makes it perfectly suitable as a garden game to be played in various sizes of back garden. Boule seems to have its origin from an ancient Greek game that was later modified by the Romans, who introduced it into Provence. It proved so popular in the 14th century, that Kings Charles IV and V banned their archers and commoners from playing it, as it was intruding on their daily tasks and practice! Boule (France) and Lawn Bowling (England) was played throughout both countries. The game we use as a garden game these days, is closer to Petanque, where the player has to stand with both feet in a circle and bowl without a run-up, so space is not at a premium. Cricket is generally accepted as a game first played by school boys in Guildford, England in the 16th century, later spreading through the colonies and Holland. Variations of the game are popular in the Caribbean and "French Cricket" is popular in back gardens with a lack of space - played with a light bat and a tennis ball, with the legs of the batsman acting as the wickets. Tower Games have been around as long as man liked to stack bricks, wood and stones, but was made popular in 1982 by Leslie Scott with her "Jenga "(meaning "to build" in the Swahili language of East Africa), which started with stacking her son's building blocks, later leading to the giant tower games that are now popular as garden games. Snakes and Ladders, originated in India in the 16th century, known as Moksha Patam ("The Ladder to Salvation") and was a board game, which made its way to England, where it was modified to become Snakes and Ladders. Ever popular with children, it is now also a giant garden game to be enjoyed by all. School Sports Day Games like Egg and Spoon-, Three Legged- and Sack Racing go back as far as Victorian times and before. Now available in sets to be enjoyed as garden games at a very affordable price, with a whistle included! It is safe to say that very few of the garden games we enjoy, are new products - they have just been made accessible to more of us in formats and materials that will survive the onslaught of our children and friends, while in some cases, adding to the appearance of our gardens!
