インドではひよこ豆を粉末状にしたものをベサン粉といいますが、ひよこ豆を使ったインドのスイーツにベサンラドゥというものがあります。そのベサンラドゥをベースにして、粒餡を包みこんだお菓子がこちらのものです。でも食べた印象はベサンラドゥを感じさせるものではありませんでした。ちょっと風変わりではあるけれど、完全に和菓子でした。

People are really familiar with super markets,

Further every area, has their own local super market but,

Within the many that are in Miyagi, this time,

one of them has won many awards🏅 Ujie Super Market

Hit products that attract attention🍓 Seisenkan Muranushi

We visited these 2 shops and learned about them

It was really fun!!!

With super markets, like I wrote at the begining, they're very familiar, aren't they, they have a presence that will last without change

Although, The supermarket continues to evolve without changing… that is,

its earnest and amazing!! I experienced and learned about that today✍🏻

I was introduced to many delicious things~~~🤤❤️

Definitely look forward to the show! Its on February 10th (Sat)!

An acquaintance of mine who is a pastry chef told me about a delicious sweets store in Sendai, so I went there and enjoyed the fruit tart. Thank you very much for the airing of the show the other day🌸

I visited 2 stores, super markets,

Today I'll write about,

Super markets and convenience stores participate nationwide, In the "Bento ･ Side Dish Grand Prize" Ujie Super-san has one many awards🏅

Since they're all over Japan!

Within that, they've won awards, and many of them, You can really understand the efforts they put into it!

And they won the top prize in the sweets category this year in particular,

Different from ice cream or jelly, its a sweet with a new texture called Kuzu Bar🏅

Man, excuse me, really, I'm making a face like I made it, Standing in front of the product?

Its sold frozen but, its not ice cream, Rather its half-thawed…like its 70% thawed, I recommend eating it🤤

And, its different from jelly,

It has various fruit flavors and, I tried orange and apple, these were really delicious!

I think this is a sweet that brings out the raw deliciousness of it!

Behind the scenes, I got to experience making the Kuzu Bar and,

Since they use the ripe fruits sold at the store, and its good for the fruits being sold to not go bad, they become delicious sweets, Its a really wonderful effort…🏅

The side dishes in the 8th and 9th photos as well, Each of them are products selected by the departments,

I saw this and thought,

Beef tongue croquette… Sendai Miso… Hoya…

I saw glimpse of the measures taken to fight for side dishes nationwide🫣🔥 It was like, I see🫣🔥 I won't be participating in the ""Bento ･ Side Dish Grand Prize", though lol

Also, local super markets make and sell side dishes with local ingredients, I think its great that its popular with the locals! Everyone likes Miyagi!

With the super market,

Although its a really familiar presence, In order to continue to remain familiar, I think its really cool, knowing that they evolve day by day, with ideas for the super market🪽
