This may be a Godzilland gag manga from 1994.
It’s named “Adventure! Godzilland - Paralel Story” (冒険！ゴジラン外伝). Besides the last part (”Gaiden”/Paralel Story/ 外伝), it’s the same title as the trivia shows from 1992 and 1993 (one episode can be found on youtube).
It came out in 1994. As far as I know that year had no trivia show, instead it had the anime ovas wich had a different title: “Get Going! Godzilland” (すすめ！ゴジランド).
The comic’s art-style resembles that of the “gags” shown in the trivia shows, still recognizable as Godzilland but not adhering too strictly to the models for the sake of looking funny:
It also shows Godzilland’s Godzilla doing several poses. Interestingly, many of these show him in front of the camera. 90s Godzilland content otherwise had him in his default “3/4″ pose that also served as his frontal view. 80s Godzilland content did have him facing the camera sometimes but his shape looked different:
Most notably, one of the three gag comics shown has none other than Hedorah, in a design very different to that of the 80s. Maybe it’s a hint of what Godzilland’s Hedorah MAY have looked like had it been redisigned in the 90s like the others?
The name of the author in japanese appears as 渡辺英一 and わたなべえいいち. Online translators translate it as “Keichi Watanabe”. However, the former kanji also appears to line up with “Eiichi Kikuchi”, but that’s the name of a prolific suit actor better known for playing Ultraman Jack, the closest he’s ever been to Godzilla as far as I know is playing an enemy in Zone Fighter, and I don’t know of him ever being an author. Other than this I couldn’t find anything about the author. The answer could be right there in plain sight but I dunno japanese.
Finally, and strangely, the cover is of a Godzilla movie prop, I think it was one of the earlier designs from the original movie. MAYBE it’s actually about the movies with a comic as a bonus, but I doubt it because of the name.

【プロフィール】
富山 省吾 (とみやま しょうご)
1975年東宝株式会社に入社、宣伝部を経て1983年株式会社東宝映画企画部に異動。
2010年までに30本の映画を製作する。
1989年『ゴジラvsビオランテ』に製作者･田中友幸のアシスタントとして参加、以降2014年 『ゴジラ FINAL WARS』まで12本のゴジラ映画をプロデュースする。
2004年から2010年まで東宝映画社長。
同2004年から日本アカデミー賞協会の事務局長を務める傍ら、城戸賞選考委員、『若手映画作家育成プロジェクトndjc』のスーパーバイザーとして 若手映画作家の育成に尽力している。
著書『ゴジラのマネジメント』
石井 信彦 (いしい のぶひこ)
1992年TX系で放送された「冒険！ゴジランド」に”ゴジラはかせ”として登場。
某映像会社に勤め、ゴジラシリーズのパッケージ作りに関わりつつ、児童向け小説「下からよんでもきつねつき」を上梓した他、”石井博士”のペンネームで『カードキャプターさくら』や『超星神グランセイザー』等の 脚本を手掛けるなど、いろいろ活動中。

Godzilla taking the wheel in the Nissan Skyline GT-R.
I remember drawing it a few months ago, since I actually heard the Nissan Skyline GT-R was nicknamed "Godzilla", due to its success in the Australian touring car racing and the JTCC, which were dominated by the R32 model. I could have give him a R32 model with the JTCC-inspired kit, but I did gave him an R34 model instead.
