i would imagine that the only ones who’d show 0% interest about it are dottore and scaramouche. given that scaramouche hasn’t fucked the handmaiden yet, he’d lay no claim to the baby she’s carrying. dottore only liked the thrill, the fun, and the convenience of having someone like the handmaiden around.

BUT— pierro, capitano, pantalone, and childe. archons.

it is pierro’s goal to spread his khaenri’ahn blood. he’d fight tooth and nail to claim the fatherhood of the handmaiden’s child. with pierro as the father, there stands a few repercussions given that he’s the first harbinger and favored by the tsaritsa. he’d use this to his advantage— coaxing the handmaiden of the safety he could offer.

capitano would put up a fight, merely for the sake of responsibility that consumed him when news about your pregnancy broke out. he had seen many battlefield and led warriors to victory, all this was the fruit of the duty he had imbued to his system. romance might not bloom between you, but he’d reassure that you and your child would be taken care of in any means necessary.

TARTAGLIA. he’s vehement about it. he wants that child. he needs that baby to be his child and nothing could tell him the baby isn’t his to father. albeit knowing that you’re the handmaiden, he would bring the issue to its conclusion by hitting his fellow harbingers where it hurts: they have not felt the warmth of the family, so how can they raise a child with love and affection? but tartaglia, regardless of the doom he had gone through in his childhood, he knows what a family is like and how it works. and he’d use that all to his advantage.

pantalone isn’t as zealous as pierro nor childe, and his intention of claiming your baby is deeply rooted in his desire of keeping his status and ego unsullied. he is the richest man in snezhnaya, what would the people say if he denies your child? that he had not the means to support it? pantalone refuses to hear such rumors to begrime his name and his wealth. therefore, despite wanting to retreat and let the others fight for the child, he’d bring his claim before the tsaritsa with a heavy heart.

read. i always say this whenever someone asks me for tips. you have to read whatever it is you wanna read to find your own voice. your own writing style. your own way of expressing yourself. make reading a habit. it will lead you to what you wanna cultivate for yourself. it doesn’t matter what it is you’re reading as long as it can help you.

be patient with yourself. when writing, ideas will come and go. it’s possible to feel demotivated about a certain wip after starting the draft just an hour ago. you do not have to force yourself when your motivation is not present. take a break and refresh your brain. be patient with yourself.

consider your motivation and goal. what are the things you want to achieve in writing? are you going to publish original works? write fanfics? if yes, what kind of genre you want to focus on? fluff? angst? smut? there are lots of things you can try.
