Usually in this city it's quieted down by now, but for some reason it's busy as can be, something Nimue's not too thrilled about. Trying to get home so she can at least feed her cats, she wishes she didn't leave the house today. Then again, she wanted to spoil her pets just a little bit so she went and got canned food. That aside, she's trying to get through the crowd, grumbling to herself, but that all comes to a halt as she hears sirens that are approaching where the crowd was. What exactly happened?
"You've got to be kidding me... I just want to get home. What the hell's happened this time?"
She's not even surprised, just tired, and go figure it's on the way to her home so everything's blocked off. It looks like she's stuck here until the crowd disperses from whatever it is they're trying to look at.

Hrm .. I'd say for both of them not really? I'd think Palutena would prefer someone who looks more mature / older, mostly so she's not mistaken for their mom LOL. Nimue on the other hand doesn't really care.

Palutena absolutely would without hesitation, mostly to make up for the fact that she wouldn't be up for those kinds of activities often. Nimue on the other hand would but needs to be encouraged to do so.
Also, uh, I myself personally am not okay with foot fetish activities. I was going to answer that question in private but I figured I'd might as well say that here so others know as well. I won't knock those who are into it tho !! I hope this doesn't come off as mean JDFHKDF. I just don't know how else to answer proper.

Okay, so he .. sort of believed her. At least she thinks he does? That's a really roundabout way of saying that you believe something she thinks .. Brows furrowing slightly, she tries to ignore any glances or whispers that might be directed at .. well .. her overall appearance. It probably didn't help that she absolutely stuck out like a sore thumb compared to everyone else here.
" Okay, uh, sure, I'll take that as you sort of believe me. It probably doesn't help but I uh .. actually don't know how to get back to my time. I might have been messing with something I wasn't supposed to and uh .. got stuck here because of it? "
There's a nervous laugh, god she absolutely wants to recoil in on herself and just cease to exist. Here she is talking to this poor man about something that sounds completely whack. The one time she tries her hand at attempting to make something, she actually makes it work and ends up in a different time.
Pulling out a small device from the pocket of her jacket, it honestly looks like it probably got fried in the process of bringing her here.

She's been a part of S.H.U.S.H. for awhile now, barely knowing much about Darkwing... well, Darkwarrior now, other that he had grown more intense over the years. She herself had avoided him, mostly not wanting to incur his wrath, after all, word spread quite fast about what he had done. Granted he was a great help to S.H.U.S.H. but he did sort of scare everyone around him.
However, despite it, he's still invited to Christmas parties, though most know he never stays for long since he goes back out to patrol the streets more often than not. He never seems social, or at least that's just from her perspective. However, what catches her off guard is at some point he was next to her. Had she done something? She hadn't spoken at all really so it couldn't have been what she said.
Glancing around, she takes note of the mistletoe above and freezes. She should probably tell him... give him a warning so it doesn't seem like she's moving away for no reason. She gives him a shaky but light tap on the arm, a little nervous about how he might react, only pointing up when she catches his attention.
"You uh... might want to move, Mr. Darkwarrior, sir." She's a little nervous, no doubt, because he is intimidating, but surely he'd be reasonable about this if she stayed as polite as possible. "I'm sure you don't need me to tell you what a mistletoe often means.."

That's the thing with Negaduck, he could make things sound like he meant it, but only he knew if he meant it or not in the end. Negaduck was a.. finicky one. Anyone who knew him believed he had no heart in him at all, then again he often boasted about how he was just a rotten kind of guy.
The problem here, is despite his words, a very obvious compliment to her, he held a smile that indicated he didn't plan to say whether or not he meant it and planned to leave it to where she would have to figure it out in the end. What most don't know, is that he does find Morgana rather attractive. A rare thing for him to even think of, after all, most of his thoughts are on crime alone.
He's not a romantic type of guy, in fact, he's horrible at it, but even now and then some things can come out of his mouth that might make you think otherwise. In this case, all he had said was 'You shine brighter than any star in the sky as far as I'm concerned.' and actually meant it, but he'll never admit to it. His pride sure as hell won't let him.
"Sorry Sweetheart, going to have to figure that one out on your own. I don't plan on telling you if I meant it or not. More fun to watch someone figure it out and probably get it wrong in the end." He lets out a chuckle, knowing full well she's going to end up thinking that he didn't mean it. But that's fine honestly.

She hadn't expected someone to speak to her, it was one of those moments where she just found herself standing somewhere and staring off into the distance. Something that she was snapped out of at the sound of another voice. Blinking for a moment, she turns her head to look at him with a slight tilt. Who was this exactly? Wait no, he did say he doesn't think they met yet so they probably haven't.
"I'm fine." It's probably a lie really, but with a neutral expression, she purposely made it hard to tell. Really. Why would she tell a stranger what her current thoughts were? Plus even if she knew the guy it's not like she'd willingly tell. No need to bother others with the mess that goes on in her head.
"Thanks though, I guess. Is this how you approach every girl or am I just the lucky target today?"

THE CLASSIC ROMANCE OF A GOOD RAINSTORM || Accepting
Beej wasn't the only one who couldn't sleep through a thunderstorm, Nimue couldn't either. The loud rumbling often kept her up, especially if it shook the house. It didn't help that it did scare her a little, that with one good rattle the house might just fall apart. God she hoped not.
She doesn't take notice right away that he's made his way into the bedroom until she feels the weight of the bed shift, causing her to turn her attention to him with a slight smile. She doesn't mind it when he does this, it's welcome honestly. Reaching over she runs a hand through his hair, letting out a soft hum.
" You too, huh? It's pretty bad tonight. Wouldn't be surprised if the power goes out. "
They'll be fine without it though, it's not like they're alone. With a heavy sigh, Nimue chooses to finally lay down, resting against him as she continues to idly mess with his hair for a bit before she rests her hand against his chest. She's not sure when she'll eventually fall asleep, maybe when the thunder dies down or she gets sleepy enough. One of the two.
" Maybe it should storm more often if that's how I can get you in here at night. "
She's joking for the most part, completely fine really if he'd rather have nights he slept alone, that's what his own room was for, and the fact he could come and go at any time.

There's only a nervous chuckle at first as Launchpad doesn't seem to be fully worried, after all, any time he's been in trouble, it never lasts for long or he's always out in the nick of time. Well, for a good reason too. Turning his head slightly to grin at the Broker as if this was a completely normal day for him, it's easy to tell he's got faith they'll get out of there.

It's been awhile, been awhile since he's actually seen the other. Not because he didn't want to, but rather he felt like he shouldn't. After all, it never left his mind what he did that day. It probably never will either, but he's terrible at apologies, terrible with emotions in general despite the help he's gotten for it.
Seeing Pip again is sort of... jarring. He can't recall the last time he actually saw him, especially after his 'death', but here he was in the diner as if nothing was even wrong. Furrowing his brows slightly, he soon picks up his drink and makes his way over to the blonde's table, clearing his throat to try and get the other's attention.

It’s rare Nimue actually reached out to other members, sure she had posts, either giving pointers to other users or just leaving tips in general that some people might’ve missed { Or that she sees people haven’t figured out just yet }. It’s rare however, that she receives any sort of message from anyone, then again usually her messagers are blocked. But this one seemed to get through it. A surprise to her honestly.
Blinking a bit at the manner of typing, it’s not long until she’s figured out what she’s been sent and finally responds back.
