Nothing pisses him off more than whenever someone is calling Vex by his real name.

Felix was the name chosen not by his mother, nor his father, but the nurse who actually helped his mom delivering him. His mother was high on drugs and in post partum depression when he was born, so the first weeks of his existence had been spent in a nursery room with only doctors and nurses taking care of him.

Felix meant nothing to no one, even less to his mother, who was originally from South Korea. After four weeks, it was mandatory for the boy to be named, and a random person had written Felix on his blank tag name because inspectors would check on the hospital. Later, even if his own mother was incapable of calling him that way, sometimes addressing him as Chun (spring in Korean) because he was born in June.

Vex eventually picked his own name, with no relation with his past. He hated to be called Felix, he hated even more when he was called Chun.

It's actually possible to physically overpower Vex ; he has no skills for fighting in the first place, even more if the other person is stronger.

Vex best technique when it comes to kidnap someone would be through sneaky and vicious methods. He's a man who will drug his targets with a trapped drink or a needle in the neck rather than coming and physically fighting them; he wouldn't be as efficient as he is if they are in a second state.

Basically, Vex has a bit of strength and some muscles, but in his line of work, it's definitely not an asset and not enough. He has never trained himself, he's just naturally in shape because he has decent nutrition, but he doesn't work on improving his capacities either. He works better with his brain.

However, once Vex has drugged them once, it's quite difficult, if not impossible, to get rid of his influence or to even escape.

One of the most dangerous thing about Vex is that he has a very good memory for faces.

He only needs to see someone once to register their features and remember who they are. He might have a very short attention span for names and other details, he never forgets someone's face. For someone who has been commissioned more than once for tracking people, it's definitely a very good asset and a very scary talent for his victims.

This talent is indeed natural, but it has been increased thanks to his hobby for models, and his medical studies. Vex trained his photographic memory in order to remember very specific details, and he relies a lot of that to perfect medical techniques.

Vex will ALWAYS remember who people are, in a physical way.

For that, it would require Vex to be still "alive" in the system.

For a payment for one of his missions for the Cleaners, he required Gambit to use his relationship and to erase his identity and to be classified as a dead person. Today, Vex doesn't have paper, nor accounts either; everything is paid through illegal applications and cash.

Basically, Felix is not supposed to exist anymore. Quite convenient when you're the local butcher.

Have they ever used a dating app? How did it go?

He has never used a dating app in his life. Basically, Vex doesn't really pay attention to his phone, he breaks it so often that it's not important for him to own one in the first place. He uses zero social media, unless we're talking about what he can browse on the Dark Web and that's pretty much it.

His use of technology relies on his capacity to find contracts for selling organs, snuff movies and other despicable things that amuse him. Otherwise, dating, chatting with people... Ugh, sounds boring anyway.

What do they sleep in? What side of the bed do they sleep on?

Pretty much chaotic because he has a very bad sleep schedule, but most of the time he sleeps in his briefcase with a tank top. Whenever he's exhausted and can't find his sleepiness anymore, he will lay down, anywhere on the bed, and he doesn't give a single thought about either the side, the middle or even the corner.

Vex prefers to have power naps on his desk chair or on his couch in the end.

Actually, everything is so ✨random✨

Vex doesn't have a purpose in the first place, he's a very chaotic individual and only follows his own agenda and instincts. He will aim for chaos and he will spread it, and as long as he has fun, then he's going to thrive and be fucking content with himself.

He could basically be interested in tormenting anyone, as long as he finds some decent string to pull and play with. There's no goal except his own entertainment, hence why he's unpredictable. Power, poverty, ego trip, decency, disability, fragility, self-control... Everything can trigger something inside of him.

He doesn't really care about power, or being someone powerful in the first place. His purpose in life is highly different; fun, entertainment, chaos.

Basically, Vex appreciates being the full John Doe of the neighborhood. Well, his reputation was easily made in the end, but he had never been seeking for it in the first place, or wished to attract people's attention. He's a pure element of chaos in every way possible; what he wants is his own sense of fun, and he believes that humans are far more interesting when they get tricked or they get hurt. Other than that, there's nothing else animating his criminal will.

Power is a notion he has never experienced at all. He was an abandoned child, he was in the system as a nobody and he still evolves as a nobody these days. Even succeeding with medicine wasn't truly his intention and he had never wanted to be recognized for his talents either. Power is a foreign land, something he doesn't understand.

Whenever Vex trains, he doesn't necessarily need to show off. He prefers larger jogging pants to feel comfortable, and simple t-shirts or tank tops. Usually, he doesn't care much about his wardrobe, and gym times are often use for him to think about his next evil plans and how to get close from his preys. He has found an odd way to get in the mood for hunting right after a good cardio session. Better be clothed for the occasion then...

If they could meet/talk to one person, dead or alive, who would it be? what would they say to them?

The only person that Vex would ever wish to talk to again is his caregiver, Lila. She was somehow very toxic with her old-fashioned manners (aka boys learn only when they are beaten or spanked), but she was probably the only person who had understood Vex like a person. She had encouraged him despite his violence and his rudeness, and she had pushed him to use his brain and reveal his mental capacities. Lila was the only source of comfort in his life, so I guess he would first insult her (because she died suddenly, and he wasn't aware of her cancer), and second well... I think he would hug her tightly.

What do they have as their phone background?

Absolutely nothing, except the usual and first background you might get when you buy a new phone. He sometimes switched to torture scenes he had captured here and there, whenever he was in the mood. However, Vex tends to change his phone very often, so those photos are either lost with it, or simply somewhere else on his cloud.

Favorite place they’ve ever been? what made it their favorite?

The only place he tolerates the most is actually the Venus Bar in the Red District. Vex had never left his country and had never traveled at all. He was born in poverty, and he managed to attend a medical school before eventually dropping everything.

The Venus Bar is the only place where he could do his three favorite things: getting drugged, messing with people and fucking strangers.

It truly depends on the mood and what is expected from his surgical actions, but most of the time, Vex could either play with someone's liver or their eyes.

The liver is the most fascinating organ for Vex. It's the only one piece of the body capable of regenerating, and it has immense healing abilities. Yet, from the liver, a lot of toxins and other poisons can be slowly chemically "brewed", depending on how the body responds to substances. His favorite torture was what he called the "drunken fair". With enough substances (various shots of meds, drugs and alcohol to both stimulate the liver and damage it), he numbs the ability of the liver to properly clean the human body system in time. The victim slowly dies from blood poisoning, but goes through cycles of ups and downs. Sometimes they feel better, sometimes they want to die... And Vex can control that dying time and make it extremely long.

The eyes, on the other hand, are a fascinating system connected to the brain. Yet, on the black market, it's quite difficult to extract those eyes without damaging the cornea or the optical nerve. Vex likes to do a proper job with eyes because he can definitely get shit tons of money from that. But it requires a few unorthodox techniques that are (alas) very painful for his victims. Not that he would care about their well-being either...

Would Vex ever seek revenge on his father? What happened to his mother? Would there be redemption route for Vex? Or at least do you think it might be at all possible?

Vex has never really cared about his "father" in the first place, he's more the XY reason why he's alive, but other than that, he has never wished to bond with that man. The only thing that he despises is actually the privilege of his genitor, and the fact he was or is still a man of power. Other than that, Vex doesn't seek revenge, he's more pissed off at life than anything else.

He doesn't know either; his mother disappeared one day and he never heard of her anymore. She was an addict, so she could have been easily appealed by something new, getting her mind and health fucked by a new guy in her life. In the end, having a son was nothing but a burden for her, so he's not really mad. She has potentially found a certain inner peace by leaving him behind. If she's alive or not is a total mystery, but once again, he's not really caring. His parents meant nothing to him.

For a potential redemption route, it would require Vex to have remorse, and that, I'm not sure he's capable of experiencing it. His neurosis is definitely indulged and pushed by his background (as no one is truly born evil), but his lack of empathy regarding his own actions makes me doubtful. I think he has good sides, softer sides of his personality, but covered by a greasy veil of sadism and cruelty.

However, depending on his encounters and his bonds, he might go in one direction rather than another. That's the magic of the RP world after all. Some characters will induce one development, while other characters will just push him further in his own chaos.

As you may see, he has absolute zero respect for his partner, but at least he’s sincere in his behavior.

Vex didn’t keep anything from his childhood and doesn’t really believe it was a time to remember anyway. The only thing that might count as sentimental objects would be the models he built through his childhood to his current adult life, because he appreciates them and find them particularly relaxing to look at.

The fact is, Vex doesn’t remember much about his childhood because of his various issues. He suffers from memory loss, probably caused by the trauma of losing his care taker, and more profoundly because of the lack of love he received from his mother. Vex sometimes even forget that he has a real name, he dissociates entirely, so all the souvenirs and items from that period are simply belonging to a past-self he doesn’t even recall.
