My Hero Academia meets the Zombie Apocalypse based on detailed lore of my own creation, inspired by series such as Resident evil and Sweet home. Dabi is one of the survivors of the Deika City compound.
The premises: Set before the paranormal liberation war and a few months after the arrest of Humarise cult leader, Flect Turn, a terrifying virus was mysteriously unleashed into the world, causing the infection of animals and humans within the target area, rapidly spreading across major areas of Japan. The heroes, who were preparing to counter the villain uprising in the Gunga mountains, were caught unprepared for the rapid outbreaks across the country, quickly losing their foothold against the virus, which left nothing but carnage and terror in its wake and changed dichotomy between heroes and villains forever.
Mot much is known about this pathogen's origins, and investigation attempts have thus far yielded few results because of its rapid spread and the devastating chaos surrounding it. What is known is that the virus seems to be a highly tailored and weaponized combination of unknown quirks and the drug trigger. Man-made. This appears to have been a retaliation attempt from the Humanrise cult, who had intended to use the virus to cull the high percentage of the population that possesses quirks. However, it would appear the virus has been released in an unfinished state, as it infects humans indiscriminately, whether with or without quirks.
Naturally, humans possessing quirks before infection are far more dangerous once infected. A virus has one goal: to spread. A super virus such as this can transform its host and utilize any biological components within it to amplify and increase its chance of feeding and spreading to other bodies. Typically, the quirk's strength determines the carrier's strength and devastation. However, there are exceptions.
in some cases, those with weaker quirks become incredibly adaptable killing machines, while those once considered blessed by their quirk do not evolve much at all and sometimes appear to fall victim to their human limitations. It's theorized this may have something to do with the level of brain and bodily damage sustained by the host before they're taken by the infection.
With human civilization rapidly succumbing to this man-made monstrosity, it would appear that those seeking to save the world from a theorized doomsday have incidentally assured its arrival. Can you survive the spread ? Or will you become part of the horde ? [ Discord link ]
