No character of mine is created in isolation, meaning it has to work outside of the setting as well, based on some actual facts and something more or less proven. Some models are hard to literally spiritualize into reality, but they can work well on the psyche or presumed future side.

Sorber, Barry, Liquor - a reflection of a combination of mental models. Voy - hypothetical "consciousness transfer" which is actually a neural-AI-electronic model, but not the primary consciousness from the matrix. AIkarus - an artificial intelligence literally created from another AI and HYPOTHETICALLY can realize itself in life.

The rest of the characters are more straightforward to interpret. I take different shells for the characters because I have a lot of fun playing with shapes and angles. But I can feel the characters slowly evolving with my set of experiences, how the plot becomes more and more coherent each year.

Voy is more something I'd call one big "what would happen if..." as people screwed real person's patterns to the program (AI), made a cast of real memories.
