HC; toga has a personal vendetta against hawks after what happened. he triggered a lot of her deeper fears, killed her best friend, and nearly succeeded in destroying her family after she finally started to genuinely like him. if she sees him it is personal and she will not hesitate to go for a killing blow -- though if she thinks she could get away with it she wouldn’t mind drawing it out and playing with him a bit first. 

toga at the start did not trust hawks at all. she wanted nothing to do with him and often ignored him or even just left the room if he was being to persistent in trying to interact with her. she didn’t like how he seemed so eager to get their praise and how he kept playing the roll of a hero. if he was one of them then he should be one of them in her opinion. but the closer that hawks got to jin and spinner the closer he ended up getting to her. 

the more her friends started to trust him the more attention she started to pay towards him. when jin told her that hawks really does share their goal and that hawks was actually giving some good advice and spreading the word really well that she started to let her guard down. she stopped seeing him as too eager to get their praise and started seeing him as someone eager to have real friends. she started to think he was so desperate at times to be more involved because he really wanted to prove himself and be a real part of their family. 

after that, she started interacting with him a bit more too. started to see a familiarity in him and the small little bird she used to have as a kid. she did think about taking some of his blood a few times to keep on reserve the same way she did for all her friends and she started to play around with him the same way she did with shiggy and the rest of the league. he started to become a friend to her. she even talked with him about her crushes and asked him for info on them. she trusted him. this was also around the same time they became the paranormal liberation front. she also asked / took a small bit of blood from him just in case she needed it.

didn’t take long from there though for him to make his move. since she is terrified of being caught and restrained ( something i will discuss why later ) and she is terrified of loosing the only family that actually accepted her and her quirk; she was already ready to rip the traitor apart. once she found out who it was though from both dabi and jin, she broke her reserve of blood from hawks and vowed to make him pay if she saw him again. she refuses to bite him, refuses to taste his blood, and plans on making sure he doesnt survive this war if she gets any say in it.
