Life is annoying like that, you’ve worked hard and losing motivation or feeling like your in a rut is a normal part of life, it doesn’t mean you’ve gone backwards. The fact that you acknowledge that your feeling like you used to just proves how far you’ve come.

Give yourself a break, let yourself cry, don’t judge yourself for needing a mental rest.

Put on a sad or comfort film, hug a pillow, let yourself feel, read some fluffy fanfic, or your favourite book, just take some me time and let yourself be.

And who knows, maybe that motivation you’ve been looking for will find you?

i’m not one to express my feelings, especially on my blog but i’m in such a mix of emotions right now.. my life is going well but it’s also not ? idk, my motivation to do anything keeps fluctuating and it’s so frustrating to see myself become like this again, especially when i’ve work so hard to get to where i am today

the urge to just burst out into tears this week has been strong. i need a long hug.
