the truth of the matter is: arianne loves her family more than anything. she'd die for her family. even when blinded by rage that statement is true. she may wish a few dead sometimes but she'd never allow them to die outside of her own plan / hand. and even then, it is a last resort.

arianne can honestly and truly say she loves her family and those she considers family. and that's the only kind of love she can truly understand as of the moment. and its odd to say, but it is that love that turns into rage when she feels betrayed by them. the very idea that the man she loved, her father, had planned against her (at least in her mind) broke her heart more than leaving behind any lover. and her way of coping with that heartbreak is by replacing that with anger and resentment. but beneath it all, it stems from love and the love she thought she lost of her father. and the moment she knows she still has that, that rage is quick to disipate and i think that says everything

and im just thinking about how much arianne loves her family, loves dorne, and truly from the bottom of her heart, would die for them if need be.

He feels the soft touch of the Princess and it’s something he isn’t expecting and hasn’t felt in years and he leans into the touch as long as it’s there, welcoming the affection if only for a few seconds and he smiles back at her in pure joy for a fleeting moment. Something starts to rise in him, a heat, a familiar one that he tries to make go away as he’s also feeling nerves in his stomach as he watches her point towards her favorite spot. 

Viserys’s lilac eyes look at Arianne, his eyebrows lift up and he titls his head as his eyes look back to the ocean and land and back to her as an idea forms in his head. Long legs take him to the closest point of the window and he leans over the window, surprised to see a somewhat decent looking ledges that looked strong enough to climb up and down. One leg goes over the window and another slowly follows as he makes eye contract with the Dornish beauty “Well, lets go then. An don’t worry I’ll break your fall if you slip.” They were fairly high up, higher then Viserys had ever scaled down before. “I want to explore every inch of this beautiful landscape, Princess” Words came out mischievous and hinting but yet filled with excitement and wonder.

Smooth pale arm raises up in a gesture for her to take his hand if she needs it as he makes sure the next few spots are secure enough. “Unless you want to stay here and listen to your father go on and on about your future. I’m sure Daenerys is getting a talk about  that right now, being lined up for a future husband,” He doesn’t like the idea of it, in fact he thinks he should be making that decision as head of their house and future King but right now Viserys knows he has to fold some of his wants and desires to continue this alliance that could lead him home.

she watches him with piqued interest  ──────  an arched brow following after each step as he leans over a windowsill ― tossing over one leg and then another, lowering himself down like a thief in broad daylight... she chuckles at the sight of secrecy, freedom as stranger as his silver hair it would seem. a lesson she will be sure to extend. 

graceful steps lead her to the window’s edge, an amber hand falling into his own as she, too, tosses a leg over the edge. fingers grip at stony edges as she steals a glance downwards, soaking in the view of her homeland  ―  vast and beautiful. breathless, she throws her head back, offering strands of ebon silk to the hot, dry wind... arianne had never thought to escape in such a manner before  ―  and the sight was far greater than her usual path down the corridor. 

she laughs  ―  the sound like joyful ringing bells tossed to the wind, utter delight coloring every feature with wonder.    ❝  how beautiful!  ❞    exclaims the princess, head turning to gaze upon her partner in such a brazen crime.      ❝  it seems to me my prince may still have much to teach me.  ❞    dusky eyes glitter at the sense of adventure, wide and expecting  ―  eager to follow him down.

“ and what if i want you to bite? ” murmured as she comes closer, close enough for her hands to reach out, gently resting on the others shoulders as she lowers herself into a waiting lap. a throne fit for a queen though a queen she is not. strong thighs straddle, lowering herself as if a common whore. she doesn’t care though, not when arianne’s gaze looks upon her so deliciously. her own looks back, pleading to be touched, to be used, told what to do. she is in the company of royalty after all it’s only fitting she awaits orders. “ your wish is my command lady martell. ”

a welcomed sight indeed  ──────  amber eyes admire every movement, her hands instinctively lifting to meet her skin. tender fingertips graze the shape of a thigh, slipping beneath the silk of saskia’s skirt to reach around and grab fervidly at the round of her ass.    ❝  ― it is, i see, that you have a wish of your own, my lady.  ❞    she teases as she leans closer, lips but a breath away as her begin to venture elsewhere, trailing along her hip and down to the heat burning for her touch.    ❝  tell me what it is you wish, pretty girl...so i shall grant it.  ❞

        she is parched and drinks in arianne’s every words. tully eyes are wide, filled with wonder, and her mind can already see all of the promises coming to life. if only she’d come to dorne instead of king’s landing all those years ago. however despite her excitement, WORRY will not quiet.          ❝  but       why do you want to be so kind to me? ❞          how she despises the doubt that HAUNTS her. the lions have left their mark, making her look for possible knives in even the hands of apparent friends.

heartbreak lingers at the corners of coffee colored hues  ──────  the doubt shaping the maiden’s eyes a sight tearing her heart in two. gentle fingertips draw a smile atop her skin, hoping to smooth her doubt away as she offers an assuring smile,   ❝  because there is strength in you, my sweet girl. even now, i can see it. but strength does not mean you should be without kindness nor rest, mm?  ❞    she nods in encouragement, hoping to lift the young stark’s spirit and win her agreement as she teases gently,       ❝  is it wrong of me to wish see you rested and thriving?  ❞

                      Quentyn almost laughs, an empty laugh that doesn’t taste of happiness but rather of fear, worry and confusion. Almost. He wants to scream, also; that he doesn’t care, he has no ambition to become the ruling prince of Dorne, to sit where his father sits, be weighted down by the duties and responsibilities that come from such a position. « I have no idea of what you’re talking about, » it’s a lie and she can probably see right through it, the way he moves his face away from her touch, his voice trembles and his gaze avoids hers. I have no desire to take your birthright is what he wants to say, but his father’s plans tie his tongue and he cannot bring himself to say so. « You are the heir, not me. »

he lies , and she smiles  ──────  a sense of pride and intimidation coiling her lips. he knows of the plot and knife that tore into her heart, knows what it is she wants to hear  ―  a soft boy who does what he told, even if the command is as quiet as a vengeful stare...

 ❝  ― by dornish right. indeed, i am. perhaps you can remind our father of this since it would seem your words have more note than my own.  ❞    her smile sweetens, but the rigid corners of amber eyes remain cold and cruel.

what is your throne made of? ────── 𝙶𝙾𝙻𝙳. those who rule from a throne of gold lead their people fiercely and courageously. even when they feel unfit to rule, they soldier on and never let their fears weaken any aspect of their reign. they value bravery over all other assets. although they care for their people with a burning loyalty, they also believe that violence is sometimes necessary, a symbol of strength to protect the kingdom when it is threatened.
