i just had a random thought about your time travel fic. like the way you write the polycule makes me that the reader is like the baby in the relationship in a sense. they all have like a silent agreement to protect her above all and give her the love she deserved while growing up, and will go berserk on absolutely anyone who interferes with that.

i came across this eye-opening post about how little details can ruin immersion for some, even from the tiniest physical description: like how our lips turn white or knuckles turn white when firmly pressed. and i just hope i haven’t written anything like that, because i want everyone to be able to enjoy my fics [and other fics out there]. i can’t guarantee perfection; when i’m writing original works, there’s always mention of skin colour, hair types, etc. but i always take great consideration when i mention that in reader fics, like if i have to mention “hair” i make sure it’s not written in a way that’s super specific. i’ve been writing reader fics for other fandoms since 2018, maybe? i think i let details like that slip sometimes, but overall, i think i do try to be as inclusive as i can. i think the beauty of reader-insert fics is that we try to immerse the reader in the setting through different and creative ways, and honestly, it’s definitely helped improve the way i write. i’ll do my best to get better at this!! so many beautiful people out there and i hope you feel that you belong within my writing (does this make sense, LMAO.)
