Soothing Tea for Menstrual Cramps
Period having people know how painful cramps can be, especially at the beginning of the cycle. This tea is designed to ease cramping by relaxing the muscles of the uterus and aiding in relaxing cycle-related nausea. The herbs used in this blend are traditional remedies for menstrual pain, used for centuries all over the globe.
Ingredients:
¼ tsp mugwort - helps stimulate smooth menstrual flow, normalizes and calms the nervous system, regulates menstrual flow
½ tsp red raspberry leaf - cleans the blood of excessive hormones, soothes breast tenderness, supplies the body with many of the nutrients lost during a cycle
½ tsp mint - eases discomfort from cramping, helps ease nausea, regulates bleeding, adds flavor, soothes and comforts
¼ tsp ginger - eases nausea, relieves uterine pain, adds flavor
½ tsp parsley - has strong analgesic and antinociceptive properties, acts as an anticeptic
2 cups of water - purified water works best but tap water is also suitable
Quart sized mason jar with lid - for storing the mixture
Optional - sweetener, lemon, cinnamon sticks
Preparation:
Add the herbal mixture together in a tea strainer. Place strainer in a quart sized mason jar.
Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil and pour into the jar over the tea.
Screw on the lid and let the tea steep for 15 minutes.
Once the tea has finished steeping, remove the strainer. You can divide the tea up into 3 parts in separate jars, or measure it out each time so that each dose is exactly 2/3 cup. It must be stored in the fridge.
Drink the dose in the morning when you wake up, at midday, and before bed on the first day of your cycle to ensure best results.
Notes:
This tea is has a very earthy, bitter flavor. Those who are not fond of teas to begin with will most likely not enjoy this brew. Copious amounts of sugar is recommended to improve the taste, but you may just have to hold your nose and gulp it down. .
You can add some magickal components to this tea as well. Here is a sigil for relieving menstrual cramps that you can draw on your abdomen or on the jar used for storing your tea. You can also turn this into part of a tea ritual. I have instructions for one here for healing and relaxation. I recommend researching the magickal properties and energy of each herb used in this tea before use so that you have a grasp on the energy given to you through these plnts. Really, your magickal creativity is the limit for this tea!
WARNING: Do not take this tea if you are pregnant, breast feeding, or at risk of becoming pregnant. If you are taking any other medications, check with your doctor first before taking this tea to ensure it will not interact poorly. Please ensure that you are not allergic to any of these ingredients before taking this tea, even in small doses. Do not take more than the recommended dose. Do not take this tea more than once per week.

Similarities between the TVA and religion
This is long, you're warned.
I'm always up for posting stupid stuff about shipping, but here's one thing that made me think like... a lot about the second episode of Loki.
Being raised in a religious family, I can tell the similarities between the TVA and the religion. I know it's not new, we all knew the Loki series was going to have something parallel with religion and that, but still.
Idk how is it with another religions, but I was raised in a family full of Jehovah's Witnesses and they're just like the TVA. They believe that a group of men that are the (self-proclamed) only way God uses for communicates with us, and Jehovah's Witnesses follow every single one of the things they say without a doubt. Those men who direct the organization say that “YOU JUST CAN'T DOUBT ABOUT US, BECAUSE WE ARE THE ONLY WAY GOD USES FOR GETTING TO PEOPLE, AND DOUBTING ABOUT US IS DOUBTING ABOUT GOD. DO YOU DARE TO DOUBT ABOUT GOD? YOU GOTTA HAVE MORE FAITH” and everyone believes them. Nobody doubts a thing.
They don't say a thing because if someone does it or brings their own ideas instead of the ones that group brings, then they socially isolate you from your friends and family. They leave you alone until you decide to “return to the God's way”.
It's like the sacred timeline. They let you think that you have free will, but if that free will is against anything that the principal and superior group allow, then it's wrong.
And all the Jehovah's Witnesses REALLY BELIEVES THAT IS FREE WILL. Just like Mobius, they ignore the contradictions and focus on that this is everything they have. If they leave this, then what are they gonna do with their lives? This is their purpose! This is what they're made for!
The Time-Keepers say that the TVA agents gotta work until they won't need to because everything will be in order in the future. Order. Peace. That's what motivates the TVA agents like Mobius.
Jehovah's Witnesses say that everyone must preach and make an extraordinary effort to remain “clean” from the “dirt that is this sinful world” until they won't need to, because God is planning on bringing a paradise to earth in no time, killing all the “bad guys who are ruining earth” (aka: people who doesn't have the same beliefs as the organization) and those who remained clean, faithful and obedient will stay alive and enjoy happiness, peace, order for all eternity.
If that isn't a parallel then idk what is it.
And I'm gonna leave it here, maybe I'll post more stuff I didn't mention here in the future because this is so interesting for me, personally.

Hades Devotion 💀
Hades is my patron and I've seen these posts floating around. But I had to be extra and make a list that is so long that you might not make it to the end. Everyone's worship is different but this is a list I often draw from when I want to connect with Hades. I will regularly be adding things to this so feel free to visit again!
- cemetery walks
- cemetery cleaning: pick up litter, clear off headstones, remove dead flowers
- ancestor communication: talk to a deceased family member or write them a letter
- work on a budget
- start a piggy bank or jar for a reward or goal
- put money in savings
- make a charitable donation or volunteer (soup kitchen, animal shelter, etc.)
- donate pet food or supplies to a shelter in honor of a deceased pet
- drink dark beverages such as coffee, red wine, hot chocolate, or grape juice
- wear jewelry, especially silver and gold
- eat dark chocolate to reward yourself on a difficult day
- drink mint tea or mint lemonade
- tend to an herb garden (grow mint!)
- suck on a peppermint to help you study or to briefly energize you
- walk a dog from a shelter or play with a friend's dog
- work on a small business plan if applicable
- invest in the stock market
- interact politely with spirits
- watch crime/forensic shows
- seek out bones, shed antlers, and fungi during nature walks
- look at fossils as a local museum
- collect pieces of pyrite and mica (shiny rocks!)
- create a "treasure chest" or a "box of riches" filled with treasures that have little monetary value but a lot of emotional value (not all riches are gold!)
- make a list of things you treasure
- write a list of reasons why you are rich! and not financially (;
- wear dark or muted colors like black, maroon, gray
- wear metallics like gold and silver
- collect coins or crystals
- use a charcoal or black bathbomb
- charcoal face mask (a soothing one!)
- black, gold and/or silver makeup
- carry obsidian or smoky quartz in your pocket
- use dark stones for divination
- research death and mourning rituals in other cultures and religions
- snack on fermented or pickled food or dip your french fries in vinegar instead of ketchup
- eat bitter foods (if you like them!)
- if it's snowy or snowing where you are: make a snowman, go for a walk in the snow, meditate in the snow, draw sigils or make sculptures from the snow
- watch a horror movie or show
- create a poison garden filled with posionous/inedible plants or herbs
- create a garden with dark plants and flowers
- tell ghost stories
- read ghost stories
- burn black, red, good, or silver candles
- start a planner
- organize your planner
- track daily devotional acts, water intake, etc.
- watch a documentary about owls, vultures or snakes
- research the life cycle
- research fungi (they eat dead things!)
- donate to vulture conservation
- offering bottle - fill a bottle with things like dried mint, obsidian, smoky quartz, coffee beans, snake shed, etc.
- create a virtual altar on Tumblr, Pinterest, or another app
- visit a family member's grave
- learn about your ancestry
