has team china announced who they are sending to junior worlds? i don't follow any of current chinese juniors so I want to get to know some
nominative roster for chn gym 2023 junior worlds team
MAG: he xiang (2005), yang chunjie (2006), qin guohan (2005), zhang yangyu (2005)
WAG: yu hanyue (2008), qin xinyi (2008), wu sihan (2008), jiang shuxuan (2009)

Was Wang Yan added back to the National Team or was she just training at the National Team Center? Is she aiming to compete internationally again or just domestically? What about Sun Xinyi and He Licheng, are they officially on the National Team yet?
WY was only training at NTC & has not been added back to the NT, she made her comeback with the intention to compete at the 2021 universiade which china is hosting. however, this competition was postponed until 2022 and now again until 2023 but i believe she still intends to compete (she has been competing domestically again for the beijing provincial team since 2019 & has posted several training videos showing her regaining past difficulty across a number of events). several other “retired” chinese gymnasts have also expressed intentions to have comebacks to also compete at universiade as most NT members are not enrolled in university and therefore would not have been eligible
SXY & HLC were officially added to the NT post 2022 worlds

several juniors have already been training with the NT, but the full list of who is training with which groups has not been publicly disclosed

Schedule and roster 2022 Chinese Youth Nationals
The 2022 Chinese Youth Nationals will take place in Dezhou, Shandong, from July 18-25. This competition is split into two age categories for the women: U15 (2007 born) and U14 (2008 & 2009 born). Knowing China, they will have some additional rules for the scoring which can be found here (in English, thanks to Sui_luwu). Please note that because of this scoring system, the scores will not be realistic and can not be compared to other competitions.

how come LSJ, OYS, GCC, LR, WJY aren't training at the NTC?
LR & GCC training with XJL/WQC at site other than NTC, perhaps due to COVID. LSJ, OYS & WJY are all training with their provincial teams

Do you know why shang chunsong is retired ?
everyone has to move onto life beyond gymnastics at some point. she has university/education to think about & probably was going to be pushed out by upcoming hubei juniors. she seems to be enjoying life outside of gymnastics & trying new things so this does not have to be a thing to be sad about
