Positive Things I can do instead of binging
Take a shower (can’t eat in the shower + come out clean)
Brush my teeth (don’t want to eat after brushing your teeth + fresh breath)
Go for a walk (can’t eat if your not home and didn’t bring cash + extra steps)
Put on lipgloss (can’t eat with lipgloss on + feel pretty)
Drink water (you might just be thirsty but if you still want to, then drink water until your too full to eat + extra hydration)
Read a book (holds your attention and distracts you long enough to forget about the cravings + expands you mind)
Get distracted (start a bunch of different things at once, start a show, a project, an activity, a hobby. take your attention off it/ you can’t eat if your busy, + entertaining)
Paint your nails (can’t eat with wet paint on your nails + feel pretty)
Clean/ organize (can’t eat if your busy, and keeps you busy + clean space)
Look at motivation (finding motivation on tumblr can get you back into the mindset and remind you of why you don’t actually want to)
Get a job (you can’t eat while working + extra cals burnt from being on your feet and moving)

1 Week: You feel it yourself

4 Week: People talk about how you lost weight. And you hear: "Wow you lost so much weight! How wonderful.
5 Week: You start noticing clothes being to big for you slowly. How your pants are looser.
6 Week: Now everyone notices. They tell you how much better you look. How you should keep going.
7 Week: You go shopping and suddenly you can try a size smaller.
8 Week: Now people ask you for tips because they cant believe how much weight you lost.
Do it for this! Do it for the feelings you will feel. Do it for yourself and your future. Do it for the pretty privilige.

It's freedom.
Freedom to be seen, to have your struggles listened to, not just heard. People will treat you delicately, love you more, treat every moment they have with you like precious gold. The feeling of being lightweight, like you are no longer a burden. All the problems you have, the heavy weight of life becomes feather-like, and suddenly, nothing can touch you.
Nothing would dare touch you, after all, they don't want to accidentally break this fragile being.
They'll nurture you, worry over you, and love you unconditionally, because they know if they don't, it's game over.
