Taking a Break!

i do my foot exercises 3 times a day outside but i usually spend an hour just taking pics first, hehe :)

some photography i did yesterday. i love my iphone :) the best camera is the one that you always have with you. if you live in my area you might recognize where this is, if so, just keep it to yourself.

this is still a stuffie blog, but im an artist so i like to combine my love for art and stuffies sometimes.

saw my female physical therapist today. it went well :) did lots of walking and exercises and she gave me a packet of stuff to do.

last night i had a panic attack and felt very sick. i woke my mom up in the middle of the night and she tried to calm me down. i may have a panic disorder because this isnt the first time ive felt like this....need therapy ASAP!! been waiting a long time to see my therapist but shes very busy...

anyway, decided to put hedgie in this picture because i love him so much :) . i hugged him very tight last night and just told myself over and over again “its gonna be okay”.. and slowed down my breathing some more. ive had quite a few all time low moments lately.. i want to get past this and i want to be happy and healthy. just trying to hold on and be patient and help myself the best i can.

been looking through old journals lately. i have tons!! i use to do a lot of writing and some art in my notebooks but lately im just not up for reading all these. the only reason they are in my room is to keep them away from my brother cause he use to read them and write in them :/

walked to the mailbox again :) my mom was holding benson like this so i said “STOP! let me take a picture!!” ive been feeling very creative lately... i couldnt stop snapping pictures at the library today..my eye kept seeing things everywhere!

i still have more from today to post, but ill do that tomorrow.

I spent a couple of days up north at my grandpa’s house this weekend, and I bought this cutie in town! Her name is Astra and I’m sure she’ll get along great with all my other stuffies.
