Weaknesses:

Because the plates are manually adjusted, there is a greater chance for imperfect folds.  By upgrading to the Martin Yale 1701, you can avoid this and enjoy the luxury of automatically adjusted fold plates.This machine can't fold cardstock, glossy, or coated paper.  Many offices don't use these items and won't notice the limitation.  If your business does need to fold a large amount of heavier mediums, we suggest investing in a device with this specific capability.Legal size documents are the largest able to fold in this machine.  Again, many businesses don't need to fold anything larger.  But the ability to fold 11" x 17" is a necessity for some offices and can be found in the Martin Yale 1217A.

Remember that movie "Big" with Tom Hanks who is like a ten year old kid and then makes a wish to be bigger?  Then through the movie it's like a kid living inside an adult's body?  Well, that's my friends and I.  If you came over to visit you would think three or four kids lived there with all the video games, old posters, baseball cards, and yep we've got a couple of bunk beds as well.  However, our most prized possession is the Street Fighter Skill Stop Slot Machine. Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese

Roasting preserves the flavor and color of asparagus without making it tough or stringy

MAKES 4 (4 oz.) SERVINGS

1 bunch (about 1 lb) fresh asparagus, rinsed and trimmed

2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

1. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil; roll to coat.

2. Roast about 10 minutes until asparagus is tender. Remove from oven.

3. Season generously with pepper; sprinkle evenly with cheese. Return to oven. Roast about 5 minutes more until cheese begins to soften.
