I hate so many goddamn things about myself that I’ll make a list:
-my thighs; they’re big. Not too big but enough to be under that category
-my stomach; we all know why
-my face; i don’t know why i hate it so much it’s just, it’s not attractive?????
-my height; I’m so fucking short and I don’t like it.
-my chest; it’s so big and makes me look bigger than I actually am
-my smile; if I thought my face alone was ugly imagine that but with my smile :((((
-my hairstyle; it’s not completely horrible and I actually have a very healthy hair it’s just that I don’t know what I want and I’m scared what to do with it.

•don’t skip any of the 3 meals. Especially breakfast. Even if you’re not hungry in the morning, try eating at least half a sandwich since it’ll kickstart your metabolism.
•don’t binge. You want to lose all your progress even after everything? Do you want all the other girls at school to look at you and think “I’m glad I don’t look like her?” Are you okay with that? Are you sure you are?
•try fasting for 15h. If you can’t The at least fast for more than just 11h.
