At StratFit we constantly working on our Load Management supersystem for our clients at the StratFit Studio in Waldo, KCMO. The system is the applied mathematics structure behind our Digital Training Design and Implementation software for Coaches and Atheltes- StratFit Digital. This equation is for determining the cardiovascular load a workout, sport practice, or competition places on the athelte’s organism. This can also be used over a 24 period to determine how lifestyle effects recovery. The Color of the cell shows the Adaptational Effect of the Intensity-Rep Combination. The INTENSITY GRADE refers to how heavy the weight will feel to the lifter. Prilpin's Chart Rating refers to how the combination would be labeled according to the essential principles of the great Weightlifting coach's logic. Rating of Perceived Effort refers to how difficult it will feel to complete the set to the lifter. This table is most useful for the High FORCE/Strength - Decelerating Lifts like Squats, Bench Press, and Deadlifts. "Speed-Strength and Strength-Speed are composite abilities of Speed and Absolute Strength that manifest as various articulations of Power. Other abilities (like Versatile Power) arise from the synthesis of Speed-Strength and Strength-Speed in training; for this reason, we call these abilities Fundamental abilities. So the Velocity-Power-Force ability continuum is book-ended by two essential abilities (Reactive Ability and Absolute Strength) with two fundamental abilities that arise from them in between. This basic scheme gives a useful conceptual framework for understanding how physiological Power arises from pure raw speed and strength, but it is not complete. Fundament cannot arise from Essence.
