i made this a year ago and then forgot about it. whoops.

I’ve been keeping a win chart for Splatfests since basically the very beginning, and it’s finally complete! This isn’t to pit the girls against each other. I just like charts.

Some fun facts:

In Splatoon 1, Europe and Oceania shared Splatfest themes. However, in Splatoon 2, Oceania shared themes with North America instead. 

The Splatfest World Premiere had three separate demos, one for each region (JP, NA/O, and EU). While the NA/O and EU fests were held at entirely different times, the results for them were still tallied together as one.

On the opposite end, while all three regions had the Mayo vs. Ketchup theme, the results were tallied separately per region. That’s why they’re listed separately in this chart (I remember not being able to play with my friends in Europe for this one…).

Pearl had a huge lead in wins before the update that added Clout changed how Splatfest results were tallied (Pearl was ahead by 6 wins after Squids vs. Octos). Marina made a comeback after that.

Agility vs. Endurance never got a “win” picture like all the others. Likewise, an English version of the Family vs. Friends picture was never posted. Not to mention, that one’s also backwards.

Pearl and Marina were tied before Chaos vs. Order, so it ended up being the ultimate tiebreaker.

However, if you wanted to count only the final rounds of the Sanrio and Ninja Turtles Splatfest tournaments, Pearl would have 25, and Marina would have 26.

Hello I found these children in the trash, will someone please take them home? As I may have mentioned in a very recent post: I stinkin LoVe Splatoooooon. We’ve got inklings from squids, and octolings derived from a race of sentient wall-eyed tentacles, so why not take that other fishy race of mindless wall-eyed Salmonids and give em the playable crust-punk seagoblin treatment? I’m far from the first to draw a Salmonling, but I had to throw my hat in because the vibes are too good 🙌 I love my hateful dirty babies with a fierce and smelly love, please love them also.
