Also bonus it's from The world of the Sandman so that will do a number on you considerably if you have seen that and good Omens. if that had a good track record to you consider you about to be obliterated.
Truly is insane how much an LGBTQ+ tag can change a person. Had no intent to watch Dead Boy Detective because it looked generic and cheesy but I skimmed the tag on here and I saw the LGBTQ+ tag in the corner and now I’m snuggled in my jammies with snacks ready to binge

Further ado about episode 4
the musical episode. My booted up the episode after winning up we need the subway and getting to it after going through the beginning episodes I did not expect this musical episode not to be with start with people singing simply in the background.
Very unexpected enough that made me think when is the musical portion of this episode going to start?
Surprise surprise it started in the meditation portion of the episode while tingly induced by Electric sohck but who cares it started by meditation.
I really did not expect the musical to be very Broadway and it was really done in a good way now please if this review sounds bad don't take it that way.
It had some weird acid to it at the important portion of the beginning of the musical especially the video game parts of it it was really weird, uncanny valley, strange uneasy and frankly it was-- well you have to watch it for yourself, you may see it as terrible but it proves be good once it's not focusing on the game portion and it really does stand out on as a very good musical on its own way and you might find this very weird to say but it was a really good musical.
Because it helped move the story further along and had some character growth.
It was really enjoyable. I really enjoy the costumes, the singing, the storytelling, the props, The Invisible wire, full of narm in a good way, practcally was a love letter to Broadway. I really enjoyed the smoke effects. 10 out of 10.

Episode 4
The part will he ( oh his name I will not mention for those who have yet to reach this part) unexpectedly becomes a muppet was very unexpected and very sudden. What? Are the Muppets getting a Renaissance and popping up unexpectedly and cartoons and TV shows a very unusual way? Very funny use of Muppet versions of characters.
And excuse me the shows I've seen a muppet in place of a main character for a single scene, for example Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. I want to say Star Trek Lower Decks too but I am not entirely sure that has been done on that too it's been a while since I've watched it.

It was gllllloooorius!
The well choreographed battle!
Ok, it's worth splitting what feels like a movie into parts. The whole Jewish background really deserved it's own episode to breath in
episode 3
bounty hunters approach the house
oh no! they're all going to be beaten up by a Jewish old woman and a enchilida! Their pride, their egos, their self esteem is never going to recover from this defeat!
Wade's mother's victory after Shabbat dinner will be her greatest pride and joy!
Tis a shame it cannot become a family tradition.

episode 2
the shot of knuckles gliding in the air with the moon in the background with Wade on his back, funny homage to ET.
What is also very funny is an idiot beat a strong arm guy with sauce. He is smart in the right places. Unlike Sonic's dad, he got to actually fight an agent, lose, then win again. No technology or speed required.
seventeen minutes in to episode 2 and it's delightful.
kept on repeating during the amusing imaginary spot 'no, that did not happen' regarding the rescue mission and then being right.

i was about to joke about the dead boy detectives’ moments of goofy expository dialogue (“We have to hide from Death now or she’ll take us!” “I’m a fair and consensual cat king”) but I just got to the walrus monologue omg
charles: um u ok m8?
edwin: this is such a mess
shopkeep who just met them: A real mess is one day finding out that your life’s been taken away. I was once a mighty walrus, free in the ocean, a proud king of the deep blue-

Tonight's TV involved watching an episode of that show where there's a woman who talks to dead people only she can see.
Then we watched an episode of a different show where there's a woman who talks to dead people only she can see.
Then, after that, we watched an episode of a third, different show where there's a woman who talks to dead people only she can see.
What a time to be alive.

I love the Dead Boy Detective Agency and I just have a quick question.
Death knows all of her denizens in her realm, that means no spirit can actually hide from her. She's letting the boys do what they want because she views them as actively helping the other ghosts find closure.
I don't think she'll take them until they're ready to leave.
So my question is
" does she just kind of laugh every time she sees the boys skedaddle away from her?"

how is it not one person is talking about the Ghost Post in dead boy detectives. imagine being such a mailman in your life that you continue doing it into the hereafter. no eternal rest while there’s mail to deliver. other ghosts don’t know why or how you do it. you are arcane to even the occult
all day in and out you just show up places and shout MAIL CALL and then say vaguely ominous things like “Mail gets delivered wherever you go” and before disappearing into the built in bookshelf. i want this job so bad
