Welcome To Space Is The Place Radio

Space Is The Place is a new show that broadcasts from a shadowy corner of the Union building, every Friday night. Armed with vinyl, CDs, radio banter, and quite possibly a packet of liquorice allsorts*, I broadcast an hour of weird and wonderful music from the farthest reaches of the dance music spectrum. I always go by the maxim of playing by mood, not genre, so shows can go from the deepest of house slow-moving disco edits to heady acid techno to tense dubstep records to oddball ambient, musique concrete, and space-jazz records**.

I also run another program, Astral Travelling (sensing a theme here?) on CFMU 93.3 FM in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, that runs every Tuesday night from midnight to 2 AM, and is in much the same vein as this program, with perhaps more of a straight 4x4 focus.
