What exactly is Eun-seong’s endgame here? There’s no way he can prevent Hae-in from finding out the truth in the long run. Is he going to prevent Hae-in from seeing her family or her friend/secretary? Is he going to prevent Hae-in from ever using a phone or going on the internet? All Hae-in has to do is look up her name on the internet and she’ll see that she was never in a relationship with Eun-seong.

i'm sure it's been said/observed already that the best thing about loml is how one keeps waiting for her to say the words "love of my life". that's how the brain works. the itch gets scratched when the song title is said out loud in the song. so you wait. but she keeps saying "love of your life".
then we come to the bridge and the final chorus. she's saying all these things that leave you so stunned & broken. and then you prepare yourself for the final line of the song, yes, she's gonna say it now and let it go. end it at that. but she says "you're the loss of my life".
personally, i get sucker punched every single time.

watching the second half of the episode and first off, if da-hye had left my boy soo-cheol again i would've burnt that amusement park to the ground.
i know it's a trope but it's 2024 can people who are about to lose their memory record stuff on video instead of writing it in their diaries??? that was such stupidity. but i know that's what drives the plot. guess i don't like it then.
this bitch yoon eun-seung showed up is now trauma dumping on hae-in. (fictional surgeries are so silly when they make zero effort, like her brain was operated on if you can't show her bald then maybe wrap some gauze on it idk). wow i'm basically ranting (8 mins left for the show to end).
edit: it's okay, their love will pull through.
p.s.: special shout out to the editors who made that scene so dramatically funny when hae-in's memories just replay & burn

i didn't get the time to watch queen of tears ep 14 so i'm catching up now. halfway in, i have to say kim ji-won and kim soo-hyun shine in fully emotional scenes. the scene outside the church when he finds her sobbing? immaculate. when he finds her safe after our least favourite cameo (dump truck's cousin from abroad) and hugs her? heartwrenching. this push & pull between them is portrayed beautifully.
