One trick that I like is to limit your to-do lists to a small amount of the most important things for each week! That way you’re not overwhelmed by an incredibly large amount of things you can’t get done (and would feel guilty about even when you realistically couldn’t have done it all).

So I saw this comic by @shubbabang (http://shubbabang.tumblr.com/post/177771060775/patreon-webtoon) and I wanted to reply to it because it’s one of those feelings that REALLY hit home! 

It came out a little wordy, and I’m sorry for that, but after my s/o asked me what would I tell myself if I was having one of those days I thought: “Well I think I’d like it if someone told me it was ok to have those feelings in the first place”

Nothing’s worse than feeling bad… And then feeling bad for feeling bad :’)

So yeah! I hope the words came out right!

((Also I like to think Skyfox just materializes in people’s homes when they feel sad and tried to cheer them up lol!))

They track down about 30 per year but will soon shut their doors, because the remaining suspects are either dead, or in their 90s. Source
