the arms wrapping around him were welcoming, it helped his thoughts drift away until he was laughing along with his captain, hands patting luffy's back.

"you have a point there, i would rather be hugged by a person than a bug anyday!" sure bugs had MANY legs to hug back if they were as big as humans, but the warmth of a person could never compare.

❝ why are bugs so small?? ❞ seriously, he wants to know. but just as the thought is voiced, wide eyes shift back to the sniper and pause. he blinks, stare seemingly blank, before stretchy arms suddenly shoot out and extend to yank usopp into a tight embrace.
