made a cog manager oc!! backfill means putting dirt back in a hole but can also mean filling a position with a temp so i think since he's grave robber themed it's like he gets people fired (digging the hole) and then fills the position with who he personally sees fit (backfilling the position)!! his real name is mort graves and generally hes a bastard
