THEY ARE BACK! Pigs in the Bar is back after a long hiatus with new music that will take you Back to the Farm. This EP features songs such as "Horses Galore", "Not Ashamed (For Marissa)", and "Catch Me If You Can". The band encountered more troubles with the law and the court system. Back to the Farm was recorded during a retreat organized in the early summer of 2023. The boys in the band channeled their anger and frustration into this bass-thumping EP.

Kathrine's Book Store is a woman-owned bookshop specializing in feminist books and women authors. Located in downtown Cleveland this shop has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Its staff is always ready to help patrons find what they're looking for or maybe a new favorite. Pigs in the Bar released their 6th album, Push Not Pull, in 2022 following the success of the EP, From the Drive-Thru. This album is about the embarrassments of life. "Soft and Silent" is about cheating and the effects it has on one's life. "If We Were Dogs" was written in response to the bassist's wife trying to justify adultery.

The first live album from Pigs in the Bar was recorded on August 18th, 2022 (later released in early 2023). The concert was held for only 150 lucky fans in the sewers of southern Chicago. The concert only lasted an hour due to city noise ordinance and permit requirements.

The band played their biggest hits as well as one new song, "Hog Tied". "Hog Tied" will be on their next album to be released later this year.

From The Drive Thru was an experimental EP for the band. The intro was recorded through a drive-thru speaker and was part fast food order and part emotional poetry about grief and loss of loved ones. Playing the record backward one can hear phrases like "Would you like fries with that?" and "That'll complete my order." Fast food puns riddled the album between melodies and lyrics about the pain the band endured. Some fans were critical of these puns feeling that they took away from the meaning of this album but the band stood by their artistic choices. In a 2022 interview, the singer explained the part fast food played in his grief.

Started by Jonathan Jones and his late wife Helena, Death By Cake Bakery was initially a home bakery focused on sending baked goods to hospitals and funeral homes free of charge. The actual shop was opened on August 15th, 2021.

The 5th album from Pigs in the Bar began with "Meemaw Can Join Too". Over The Coals was released after the drummer's divorce in late 2021. The album was a product of the band's intense support during a hard time. The name Over The Coals was inspired by the legal trouble that both the drummer and the guitarist were facing. "The Whole Hog" went into detail regarding those legal troubles and the custody battles that each of them faced. Overall, this album is about resilience and how music can be a refuge from the hard times we all face throughout our lives.

Garden Party, the 4th album from Pigs in the Bar, was released in early 2021. It was recorded within the span of 2 days after the members of the band had a picnic with all their families which turned into an unexpected brainstorming session. The band then locked themselves in the studio and wrote songs like "Wish You Were a Widow", "Grilling out Back", and "Bring You're Cousin Too". The tour for this album was organized to be outside as if one big picnic. Pigs ran free through the crowd and fans were encouraged to bring meats to grill.

Spud Buds Grill is now hosting game nights every Saturday from 6pm to 10pm. Board games will be provided or bring your own! Tournaments in games like Connect 4 and Uno will have cash prizes.

Exp-Ira-Tion Date, the 3rd album from Pigs in the Bar, has a funny backstory. The lead singer's daughter accidentally used expired milk in the Sunday morning family pancakes. The result was the family's pet pig, Sergent Hamilton, to have a special second breakfast. Exp-Ira- Tion Date was recorded over quarantine and was released in 2021.

Released just before the lockdown of 2020, the second album of Pigs in the Bar was a quarantine essential. Due to Covid restrictions Pigs in the Bar was not able to tour yet Hotboxing the Elevator still did well as an album with over 2 million sold within the first month.
