Sorry for maybe destroying moods or sth but any tips how to genuinely develop wishes, goals or longings in life because I don't seem to have any and I barely get any intrinsic motivation for anything?
(basically the only thing that motivates me and let's me stay sane is drowning myself in fandom stuff and create fan stuff because nothing else gives me dopamine. I don't do original art because it doesn't have any personal value for me when I do it. And it doesn't give me any dopamine either)

I think I finally figured out what it is that really got me into hazbin hotel (aside from the funny and interesting characters, the banger songs, ans literally everything else) is that Charlie isn’t trying to find redemption for herself - she’s doing it for her people. She doesn’t want to save herself from extermination, well she does of course, but her main concern is the safety of the people she is responsible for as the princess of hell and that is unique and refreshing to me.

If I come across a museum or sth in the future I'll try to remember to share photos with you if there's sth about the fashion there. I will go through my own phone rn and see what I find from the past few years because I regularly take photos of clothes whenever I see historical stuff!!
In regards to the recent, awful event that impacted my phone folder, if you ever come across paintings or pictures of historical clothes (from like, museums or reconstructions) especially from the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th Century, you are more than welcome to flood my inbox/DMs with them Q-Q
I might not answer so I can keep them somewhere safe (I assume Tumblr can be trusted more than my freaking phone, at this point//), but I will treasure them a lot and be very thankful for your help!! ;w; ♥

I have a book about historical fashion at home that covers fashion from the Antiquity up to the 1980s and beyond. It's very Eurocentric so if you're searching for references outside of (Western/Central) Europe it might not be the very best but it's still a good basis to work with if you need references for drawings.

My Edition is in German but maybe you find one in English/Italian? I haven't researched on that yet. I can send you some pictures of it to see whether or not it is useful for you :3

I'm still waiting for the Canada nendoroid to show up at Otakuheaven but it's already a month late.
Also I'm waiting for my Serena merch I bought from a French artist but La Poste fucked up the delivery process and now the artist has to wait until they receive the package again because they can't even find her adress anymore, bruh 💀
(She's a sweetheart for helping me with the package though since I didn't understand what to)
