My wife's Grandfather served on this ship as a boiler specialist.
USS Saratoga (CV-3) at station in the Delaware River, next Philadelphia Navy Yard, on December 29, 1927.
Note: a Nevada Class and Wyoming Class battleships tied to a piers in the background.
