Weigh in
I weigh in on the scales for my self usually on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday & Thursdays, that doesn’t mean Fridays and Saturdays are cheat days!!! It means I have people home with me all day, so don’t weigh as the scales are in our kitchen. anyway 75.4kg today 😆I know it’s not much less but seeing 75 for a change instead of 76.something is great!!!! Goal weight 1 is 73 kg !!!! Way to go yet but it’s a start I don’t feel any slimmer I still feel huge tho!!!

Fed up
Sick of this poorly week, haven’t been able to start working out or even go on a walk with the dogs I’ve been laid up in the couch and being told “you have to feed a cold” I don’t even have a cold!!!! Ima get the next few days out the way, I’ve eaten less today and yesterday also nearly purged yesterday too for the first time but couldn’t get the last bit up !!! I’m a fat af!!! And gonna lose this weight !!! Give me 2 weeks and I will have lost anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️

here in April 🙋‍♀️, 19 been in and out of all EDS since I was like 14… current weight 76.3kg eating 800k a day this week dropping next week, drink water when I remember I have adhd and currently sick but not through ed through infection 🤦🏻‍♀️
