Allspice cake! I made this one for a family birthday, but it gets to go here too as it's in theme! This is a twist on the Allspice cake in game, mixed with my favorite cake recipe of all time, which has apples and walnuts added to it. This cake is kept nice and tender with apple sauce and buttermilk, and the walnuts have been added to the edge of the icing in decoration :>

It's intentionally quite dense and doesn't have a loose/airy crumb because of the apple sauce, it's somewhere between a cake and bread pudding in texture because of that. It works just as well as a double layer cake as well as how I've made it here [my first cake suffered from someone opening the oven and it drooped :( but! it didn't go to waste, and I made it into cakepops instead!]

If you have to try any recipe when the book is availble, let it be this one!
