GENERAL HEADCANNONS
+ cesar loves cat !! actually- the so called "mandela cat", was actually his old cat !! (it could even possibly be the same cat that adam and jonah are called on for in vol.2)
+ while he is somewhat regarded as a pretty boy(especially when he and mark were at school), he was rather awkward, and was very nervous when talking to people he liked
+ he's a rather devout Christian, with his mother taking him to church each sunday
+ he loves baking !! the smell of bread and sweets is so great. he is not the best at it though and sometimes had to call mark over, pleading for him to help clean
+ took dancing classes and has so dragged mark up to stop being anti social and literally just vibe and dance around
STIM HEADCANNONS
+ flapping hands/sleeves of longer shirts !! flappy boy, for sure
+ fidgeting with ties and bowties- i think he's very formal and wears more formal outfits causally
+ tapping shoes against the ground - something he picked up from dance class
+ biting nails, as much as he tries not to
+ alternate cesar, specifically, enjoys to sway around
