How to know what you’ll weigh next time you step on the scale
(This only works at the end of the week, I do this on Saturdays and Sundays) I’m using me as an example.
Take a TDEE test, you have to be COMPLETELY honest with it, you don’t have to be over 18 to use it. The maintenance calories is how many you can eat and maintain your weight. Mine is 1,549, but I just round it to 1,550.
At the end of the week, log how many calories you ate during the week. This week I ate 4,642 cals (not my greatest Ik) my weekly maintenance cals is 10,850 cals.
Subtract how much you ate from your weekly maintenance calories. So I subtracted 4,642 from 10,850 to get 6,208 cals.
Divide how much you didn’t eat (6,208 cals for me) by 3,500.
CONGRATS! That how many pound you lost this week. I lost 1.7 lbs. (really it was 1.77371429 but yea💀) I went from 121.6 to 119.9 (that’s how much I should weigh next time I weigh myself, I don’t have a scale at my mom’s house)
