You know me. I share what many people call negativity. I take pictures of all the most trashed out things in different countries, like panel houses in Minsk, and I'm very focused on what's around me. But sometimes negativity is a choice, a coloring of what has no good or bad attributes. While I'm afraid to do street art by myself, I'm sharing with you a little photo report from the walls of Berlin. I am fascinated by what I see on the streets of cities because it is the voice of the city that sounds, and to the person watching, it sounds loud!

In my observations I am especially focused on SIGNS because I believe – they are more universal and fascinating. Also because this is my field of research in artistic practice. However, slogans, if they are in a language you understand, can also be a strong appealing element.

While in many countries there are only nicknames of personages on the walls, representing only them, their gangs and their existence, Berlin is full of protest slogans and progressive illustrations of global issues. And of course a lot of other messages are everywhere, but I'm sharing with you the ones that I think are more important and interesting, also because street art doesn't live long and maybe soon it won't be.

You can compare this street art to what you see on the streets of your cities and see the difference in people's thoughts and cultures. Besides simple tags: «I was here» and pretty pictures, some of the materials reflect more abstract thoughts, and some touch directly on the political and social system, often criticizing them. Many of them also touch on important topics of gender and equality and many other interesting and important, hot topics going on around the world, which to me speaks of empathy and not indifference. However, also some express an act of aggression and/or protest.

After arriving in Berlin, I immediately began to pay attention to the street art, without even knowing that it will lead to an analysis of all the similar things I have seen before in other cities and reflect them in a separate material which I am sharing with you.

In a sense, street art is more than art, it is a non-elitist, universal and in some sense an objective (someone's) civic position. A position expressed by many people with similar views and values, who are part of society and who also have a voice.

Вы меня знаете. Я делюсь тем, что многие называют негативом. Фоткаю всё самое убитое в разных странах, как панельные дома в Минске, и очень сфокусирован на том что меня окружает. Но иногда негатив это выбор, окрасок того, что не имеет хороших или плохих качеств. Пока я боюсь делать стритарт сам, делюсь с вами маленьким фоторепортажем со стен Берлина. Меня захватывает то, что я вижу на улицах городов, так как это голос города, который звучит, и для человека , который смотрит, он звучит громко!

В своих обсервациях я особенно сфокусирован на ЗНАКАХ, так как верю – они являются более универсальными и захватывающими. Так же потому, что это моё поле изучения в художественной практике. Однако лозунги, если они в языке который вы понимаете, тоже могут быть сильным элементом притягивающим внимание.

В то время как во многих странах на стенах только никнеймы персонажей, представляющие только их, их банды и их присутствие, Берлин же наполнен протестными лозунгами и прогрессивными иллюстрациями глобальных проблем. И конечно множество других сообщений присутствует везде, но я делюсь с вами теми, которые считаю более важными и интересными, так же потому, что стритарт живет не долго и возможно скоро их не станет.

Вы можете сравнить этот стрит арт с тем, что вы видите на улицах своих городов и увидеть разницу мыслей людей и культур. Помимо простых тегов: «Я был тут» и красивых картинок, некоторые из материалов отражают более абстрактные или отвлеченные мысли, а некоторые напрямую затрагивают политический и социальный строй, нередко критикуя их. Многие из них так же затрагивают важные темы гендера и равенства и многие другие интересные и важные, насущные темы, происходящие во всём мире, что для меня говорит об эмпатии и небезразличии. Однако так же некоторые выражают акт агрессии и/или протест.

Приехав в Берлин, я сразу же начал обращать внимание на уличное искусство, даже не подозревая, что это выльется в анализ, всех виденных мною ранее подобных вещей в других городах и их отражении в отдельном материале, которым я делюсь с вами.

В каком-то смысле, стрит арт больше чем искусство, это неэлитарная, универсальная и в каком-то смысле объективная (чья-то) гражданская позиция. Позиция выраженная множеством людей с похожими взглядами и ценностями являющихся частью общества, у которых тоже есть голос.

Today I participated in my colleagues' @buendnisfeuerundflamme workshop on the @berlin.mondiale open call at the Untitled Square* in Marzan-Mitte. The topic was "what place are you thinking about right now?" We created graphics with items found there and wrote the names of places we think about a lot. And not just that. Everyone is welcome. New faces are always welcome.

Human civilization has reached its present level of progress because of two things. The first is consciousness and awareness. Causes are always in experience, and experience is analyzed on the basis of previous, different experiences. Such an array of data and differences in the structure of the body, and its individual sets of senses, creates a situation in which, as our lives are limited (by the multiplicity of things, but here it is important - time) all experiences of all people will be different. The apparatus of perception is a natural randomizer that helps us evolve and survive.
