Is it still under going the maintenance? I can not download anything from people who use the site to uploads there CC or mods still it just keeps coming up "Refused to connect"

Downtime

SFS is currently down due to a problem with the webhosts - we’ll get it fixed as soon as possible, I apologise! It should be a pretty quick fix once the hosting company is informed.

In good news, though, the uploading issues are almost fixed, so it should be back to smooth sailing pretty soon.
