I've seen too many times people saying Gale goes to sleep early or is a morning person but that's just not correct. The truth is right there in his Act 2 scene. Twice if you're romancing him.
It's literally so hard to miss but people really be stereotyping him as the nerd or whatever and then attribute a bunch of traits that they think are ~nerdy~ instead of looking at canon.

I like to think that when Halsin looks into his lover or a close friend's eyes, he REALLY looks at them. Like he's looking into their heart/soul.
When he talks about Thaniel he mentions "A boy with the forest in his eyes" TWICE (Or two dialogue flags of him mentioning it at least) and Thaniel was his first and closest/only friend.
And when he flirts with you in act two, he forgot himself for a moment because he was "gazing on the beauty of nature's creations." The dude was literally getting lost in your eyes I think.
Or maybe I'm just overthinking things, but I THINK IT'S A CUTE IDEA.
