Maria gave a confused look as the air twisted and warped a bit around her hand, but she shook it off, hearing Pan accept the help.
She nodded as she placed a hand on Pan’s shoulder, her other hand wrapped around her Holy Symbol, a pendant in the shape of a coin with an eye surrounded by several stars on it, as she muttered a small pray, a soft lavender glow appearing around her hand as she cast Cure Wounds.
“How’s that?” she asked, taking a step back, knowing that Pan probably didn’t trust her all that much. She may have come a bit too quickly, but she had been worried when she heard Pan cry out when she had stepped into the trap.

“Are you sure? I can heal the bruising if you want.” Maria offered.
She jumped a bit at the sound of the chuckling. She looked towards where it came from, seeing the flash of pink. She blinked a moment before turning her attention back to Pan.
“Well… even the best of us don’t always look where we’re going, right?”
She lay there in an appropriately disheveled manner for a long moment before she rolled over and scooted over to the tree the trap had been rigged from. After a moment of hesitation, she dug slim fingers into a crack in the bark and used that to pull herself up.
As she moved, there was a small tinkle of metal from her earrings. There was actually a twig caught in the chain of one of them, as well as a smattering of dead leaves in her hair and on her clothes. That could be dealt with in a moment, though.
As she stood, she leaned against the tree and shifted to test her weight on the lg that had been trapped. Sure enough, it wasn’t going to want to support her weight. Blue eyes flickered over to the eladrin measuringly as she sent a mental message to her familiar to keep watch for whoever set the trap. It was a little too convenient that someone had happened across her so soon after such an incident.
Pan twisted the hand that held the card in the air, flashing the image of a crab surrounded by stylized waves before the air around her hand seemed to twist and warp slightly as the card popped out of existence.
“… I suppose I could use the help. Never let it be said that I was so prideful as to try to hobble out of unfamiliar territory on a bum leg.” A roll of her eyes as her now-empty hand was placed lightly on her chest.

Devora giggled a bit as the kitten sniffed his hand.
“It’s actually just an old leather pouch. Just turned I made her small enough to fit in it.” she said, a small hint that the kitten was most likely the result of a spell. She reached down and pet the kitten on its head, earning another small meow.
“Her name’s Sunset.” she said, smiling.
Evening Stroll

“That would be awesome, thank you.” Devora said, smiling. Eh, she didn’t mind if she had to pay full price. She had more then enough money. Twas the life of a hunter, she supposed.
“Name’s Devora Naïlo. Nice to meet you Varric.” she introduced. She noticed how far he seemed to be, but didn’t mind weather he wanted to be closer or not. Considerate.
A soft meow came from a small bag on her waist as a very small orange kitten poked its head out and looked around with bright blue eyes.
Varric gives a small noise of surprise, but recovers with a chuckle, when he notes the kitten, “You know, I’ve got a friend who wouldn’t mind a cat pouch. Seems handy for cat lovers.” He stops to offer his hand out to the cat, so it can sniff him. “I’ve got a bulldog myself, though he usually keeps quarter at the tavern where I’m staying.”

Polly let out a small bark as Lee put her down on the nest, waking around in a circle a couple times before laying down and curling into a small ball with a small huff, her tail wagging as she relaxed.
This was a very comfy place!

Being carried like an actually puppy? Oh this was going to be lots of fun! She couldn’t remember if she’d ever been carried like this!
Lee cheerfully trots along to his plush stash, bright eyed and bushy tailed, and starts digging up toys in various states of disrepair.
It’s only once he’s got a good comfy nest made does he put Polly back down. There’s all manner of plush animals, but it seems like Lee favors ones meant for smaller children, ones with interesting and varying textures and chewy bits. “Bwuff!” This is a good place for puppies, he thinks!
