SUDDENLY KAY HELLO
I’m trying, really REALLY HARD, to not be hard on myself. I am. Wow that’s a sentence. Anyone who sees this has permission to come and give me a lil bap if they see me being hard on myself. I don’t notice it 90% of the time. I truly don’t. The fact 110% of the people I asked for a curiosity’s sake told me yes. (including my ex I don’t talk to sending me a message after seeing a status one day was like yes for fuck’s sake).
Admittedly, a lot of my supports here just... in a way all kind of up and left. Some I had a warning for, others not so much. It all happened around the same time. It was kind of a sucker punch in the gut and to be clear, I’m not mad at them. It’s their decision and I respect that. Part of me started hurting, and anxieties and doubt kicked in. It started hurting friends I care a lot about and well... maybe made rifts. I had to take some time for self reflection.
I do need to listen to my friends more, and some parts of me less. So thank you Kay, I’m glad I’ve been able to do that for you! You’ve been the best potato a friend could ask for. We’re both out here doing our best.

What a surprise, here is a Wooper!
So, I have a good intuition for when people are upset, or something is up. This is sans anxiety paranoia’s of ‘oh god people hate me’. It’s a foreign feeling that I know isn’t mine. (Trust me, it took awhile for me to separate those two and as an empath, I’m proud of myself for finally getting to that point of recognition) It’s a gut, in the soul feeling and it’s been right way too much. I’m pretty sure it helps me give good advice when my friends are upset and need some. At least when I go back and look at what I’ve said I’m like ‘damn girl save some for you’.

Hello Kay you adorable potato thank you for staying on brand.
As much as other mental stuff gets in the way, I’d rather people be honest and upfront with me, even if what they say to me would hurt. Sure I take some time adjusting to changes, but I do strive to do better when people tell me to not do a thing! That’s a positive right?
