Grimmjow was my biggest crush in middle school lol

General headcanons:

Okay, so Grimmjow was a panther-esque hollow before he became an espada, so I heavily believe he displays a number of panther-like behaviors. (Though, I do love the cat headcanons for him- they are so funny). So, going off this...

Grimmjow has a booming voice. He’s not necessarily loud, though he can be if needed. His voice can carry through and be heard from great distances. It’s extremely powerful and brings anyone in its vicinity to alertness. If anyone didn’t know, panthers usually use their vocals to maintain their home ranges and ensure their solitude. Grimmjow will be a little shit and use this vocal power to keep others from approaching him.

Despite his powerful voice, Grimmjow is quite a stealthy individual. He’s silently prowling about at all times, and unless he wants his presence to be known, it will stay that way. He has a light tread and normally just goes about his business for hours before anyone has the chance to notice. He’s not extremely aware of this, and has been caught by surprise when others display mass shock when he lets himself be known.

He values his solitude. He doesn’t need to be around others unless he is close to them. His Fracción are a good example of this. Though Grimmjow prefers to be alone, he thought of them as members of his family or pack when he was an adjuchas. To this point, he didn’t complain about their presence unless they were particularly annoying him.

Going off the previous point, Grimmjow harbors powerful feelings of protectiveness for his Fracción and any other person he deems important to him. He expects these people to hold their own and not need his protection at all times, but if there are. threats, he is naturally inclined to straighten himself and become an obvious obstacle for said threat.

Climbing trees and scaling walls is a secret habit of his for when he’s restless. He sees a climbable surface and is obligated to go see if he can get to the top. He will leave in the middle of conversations just to climb a tower. He also likes to isolate himself in these areas, especially since they are hard to get access for others.

He breaks his nails often when he’s not using his hierro. It’s a bad habit of his to be more intense than necessary at times and it comes at the cost of ripping off his poor nails from the bone. He can be found with bandages around his fingers a lot of the time.

Though he might not seem it, Grimmjow can make use of his brain when he wants to. It’s useful when he wants to solve a puzzle someone gave him from the world of the living or for determining the amount of time and effort it would take to scale a particular building.

He talks so much when he’s tired and near someone who will listen. Ask him a question, and he’ll go on forever about his opinions. His thought process is muddled and he makes connections where others wouldn’t, so it’s always interesting to hear what he has to say. The more tired he is, the more convoluted his reasoning becomes.

When visiting the World of the Living, he often stays with Kisuke just as a formality, since the latter wishes to learn more about Grimmjow’s constitution. Grimmjow does loiter around the Kurosaki residence in hopes of fighting Ichigo, but this backfires when Ichigo starts inviting him in and slowly conditions a friendship (though, Grimmjow will never call it so).

Relationship headcanons:

Let me preface this by saying It’s both difficult to get his attention but pretty easy to get his attention. Grimmjow is someone who is guarded and won’t allow just anyone to et close to him.

It goes without saying that he is attracted to people who display immense strength, mental and physical. He can’t stand people that act meek and helpless. To him, that’s a sign of weakness and lack of will to survive. He needs someone who can put up a fight while also putting him in his place. His instinct from his time as a lesser hollow and even now as an Espada tend to drive this feeling.

One also needs to consider that Grimmjow is simply an asshole who will do a lot just to make someone’s life hell. He doesn’t take others’ feelings seriously unless he is particularly invested in them and wants to gain something from them.

It takes him a long time to decide he wants to be with someone mostly because as an Espada there wasn’t much in way of relationships. Yes, some did become close with others and have intimate relationships, but Grimmjow was not one of them. He’s aware of the practices, but it never felt organic to him.

To get his attention, one would have to work quite little but have a lot of confidence to execute the actions that would be notable for him. Petting the back of his head when he does something right, making sure to greet him when he’s part of a gathering and secluding himself, and making active attempts to check in with him are all small but important ways of standing out to him.

The first time you pet his hair, he twists back with the most angry expression and is ready to knock you away. However, once he realizes there’s no threat, he’s like a deer in headlights wondering why you would mess with his hair.

He looks forward to you visiting Kisuke’s shop so that you can say hi to him and ask him what he’s been doing. He usually won’t answer with more than two phrases, but it’s nice for someone to ask him.

Grimmjow does have a tendency to offer you gifts. Usually the severed hands of your enemies, but it’s something.

I’m kidding.

Mostly.

But he does enjoy bringing you trinkets, such as jewelry or a safety charm he found. He’s not the best with gifts, and usually relies on just bringing you food or practical items. For example, if you ever need a pen, he’s carrying one on him at all times. He’s kind of like a cat in this regard- just bringing you whatever he deems a worthy offering.

Any shows of affection cause him to freeze in the beginning. He can’t remember if he experienced it back when he was a human, and there was no way he experienced it during his time after. He’s relearning affection, which is an interesting journey.

To that point, he rests his head near you when he wants you to play with his hair. He’ll lay on your shoulder when you work just to be near you. He often has a hard time gauging how much force to put into a hug, so he’ll hold you too tight, but the happiness from him making the first move almost makes it okay. He also moves in to quickly for kisses, leading to smashing your foreheads and noses together, and in more awkward cases, bashing your teeth against each other.

He’s trying

Grimmjow is casual about showing his possession over you near others. He doesn’t make a point of it to be affectionate around them, but if he hasn’t seen you in a while and you show up, he’s more than willing to dip you and deeply kiss you before moving on with his day. He likes when he holds your hand and put it in his jacket pocket when walking.

He’s pretty playful and enjoys wrestling in bed. If he can tickle you while holding you down, he’s going to do so. It goes back to his nature as a hollow- he’s just a little mischievous even if he won’t admit it. Feeling you under him and seeing you laugh while trying to escape is extremely exciting for him. He might even chuckle a few times himself, and not in his usual maniacal manner.

He’s not the best communicator, and it falls on you to figure out why he’s in a mood if he even shows a sign of being upset. Usually he will isolate himself, but since you two are close, he’s naturally inclined to express his mood. He can snap at you and express himself harshly, which can be an obstacle in your relationship.

Grimmjow isn’t a mean partner. In fact, he’s pretty accommodating and lets you do things at your own pace as long as you respect his need for space and unwillingness to share his every thought.

He likes making sure you’re safe. He likes teasing you to the point where you attempt to strangle him. He likes that he’s feelings something other than a need to fight someone and cause problems.

Could I get some headcanons on what Rangiku, Rukia, Renji, Shuhei, and Toshiro's favorite things to do are in the human world when they're not working(I hope that's not too many)?

I was way too excited writing this..

Favorite things to do in the human world

Rangiku Matsumoto:

- It’s a no brainer that she enjoys visiting shopping centers. She’ll drag along whatever poor sap was around her at the time so they can carry all her bags. How she has that much valid currency is a mystery, but she goes all out. She’s interested especially in new make-up and fashion trends.

- She’s all about doing things that make you happy and is a firm believer in the power of retail therapy. Rangiku might pick up several magazines with make up tutorials so that she can practice back at home when she’s bored. She actually becomes really good at make up and her favorite looks usually involve brown/red eyeshadows and a bold lip. People at the mall confuse her for a social media influencer or model often.

- She’s not Rangiku if she doesn’t hit up the night clubs or bars. She’ll talk some of the girls into going with her. While at the place of business, she has an easy time talking men and women alike into buying her and her friends drinks. It’s a fun night, especially since she’s really outgoing and down to try new things.

- Since she goes to clubs often, she’s developed a taste in a particular sort of night club music genre, so she might ask Ichigo to help her find a certain song or similar songs. He’s less than pleased but tries his best anyways.

- SPA DAYS. After a long night of drinking and dancing, she most definitely will have booked a spa day. I’m talking facials, full body massages, that weird tropical music they play, a complementary jacuzzi for extra pizazz, all of it. She brings along whoever she feels might be having a bad week/needs to destress though. It’s sweet of her, because she acts like she just wants company, but is trying to use something that makes her feel a little better to help someone she loves.

Rukia Kuchiki:

- Rukia enjoys learning about modern ways of life. This involves watching a lot of cute shows on television or picture books. She appreciates animated shows a lot because it’s interesting to her how much work people put into creating such content. It takes her a while to get used to the subtle humor though.

- Definitely someone who would try to go see the tourist sights available and enjoys places like beaches or small hiking trails connected to parks.

- Would probably take Renji and/or Ichigo to an aquarium with her because that’s a whole uncovered field for her and she’s awestruck. She would find a tour guide or worker and badger them with questions the whole time that she’s there.

- She does like spending time with Orihime and her friends. It gives her a sense of belonging, and they are all really sweet and animated in their own ways. It’s a definite break from the strict atmosphere of the Soul Society. She especially enjoys going to the movies or amusement parks with them because she always experiences something new.

- I can see her trying out a yoga class with Renji and making an utter fool of herself. That’s something she’s never going to attempt again...

- Would definitely be on the look out for anything that she believes her brother may appreciate. Though her sense of style is a little tasteless, she does like to hit up scarf shops or even craft stores that may have odd trinkets that she thinks Byakuya may find (secretly) endearing. Probably has a custom frame made for him.

- She also enjoys spending time with Ichigo. Harassing him has become one of her favorite pastimes and no matter how old he gets, she’s still able to rile him up. It never stops being funny.

Renji Abarai:

- Renji is a mess. He wants to try everything out. He’s passionate about new foods and accessory shops most.

- You can find him strolling through downtown observing a map and trying to find that new sunglasses shop Orihime mentioned. This dude totally gets talked into buying bootleg Ray-Bans or something. He doesn’t really care- brand names don’t mean anything in the Seireitei, so he can get away with sporting some cheesy glasses.

- Likes going out to try new foods with Rukia and the gang. He usually ends up ordering too much and has to get Rangiku to pick up the tag. She does with the threat that he has to pay her back, but she never owns up to it. She secretly doesn’t mind it.

- At one point he became interested in motorcycles and Chad was trying to help him learn. That ended up as badly as you can imagine.

- On the off chance that Byakuya is also in the world of the living, Renji tries to break his shell by bringing him to shopping centers or even suggesting a hike that has a nice view.

- Though his experience at the Urahara shop was iffy, he does like to drop by every now and then with candy or other small gifts for Jinta and Ururu. He’ll never admit it, but he’s become extremely fond of the two and views them as his younger siblings. That being said, it doesn’t mean that the kids are any less lenient on him. He’s still the victim of relentless taunting. He’s learned to be patient with them and usually just gives them the reaction they want because he knows it makes them happy.

- Renji enjoys going to the jazz cafes that Shinji Hirako suggests. He’s grown fond of the music and when he needs some alone time, he can count on the atmosphere to mellow him out.

Shuhei Hisagi:

- There’s this one Shinigami Golden clip where when he was in the world of the living, he brought back Sajin Komamura a brush for his fur. That makes me think he’s usually on the lookout for items that are not available in the Soul Society that he thinks will benefit his comrades. He’s also always tempted to buy other things like sweets or snacks for people he thinks might enjoy them.

- Chad helps him learn how to play that guitar he found. His progress is slow considering he can’t meet up often, but he takes back books and probably has a laptop that he can watch tutorials on. (Chad got a new one so he downloaded videos on it for Shuhei).

- He likes to cook, so he enjoys going to the grocery stores and scoping out produce that he may be able to find back home as well and looks up recipes. He spends a lot of his time at used book stores.

- Has definitely thought of getting another tattoo or piercing. Scratch that, he got an eyebrow piercing on his gigai and liked how it looks, so when he got back home he decided to get an actual one. Once it healed, he only ever wears jewelry in it occasionally. He’s thought of a nose piercing but is a little too nervous about a cartilage piercing.

- Ichigo was skating once and Shuhei thought it was cool and had Ichigo teach him how to skate. He’s actually a natural at the whole thing and enjoys evening skates through quiet streets. That is, until someone mistakes him for a rival gang member and he ends up being chased. Usually he tries to avoid conflict, but sometimes thugs just deserve getting their asses kicked.

- On that note, Orihime suggested he get rid of the face tattoos on his gigai if he wants to look a little less intimidating, but Shuhei refuses because they’re an important part of him. He does mind that people are intimidated by him, but he’s come to accept that he might not be the most conventional “human”. ( help im crying )

Toshiro Hitsugaya:

- Definitely visits all the grandmas who somehow hav managed to melt his icy demeanor. A few of them don’t get to see their relatives that often, so he makes it a point to stop by when he can. He’ll help around the house or eat the snacks the provide. They usually don’t mind if he takes a nap and often suggest he can take their spare bedroom, though he hasn’t done so yet. He’s tempted.

- Does his best to avoid any other soul reaper who may be in the world of the living. Once the mission is done, he just wants to relax. He’ll spend time at local parks, and sometimes, if Karin spots him, he’ll be talked into a game of soccer.

- Toshiro enjoys feeding stray cats and has done so so many times that even when he’s not in his gigai, the animals can sense him and follow him around. He claims it’s a nuisance but he’s truly happy about it.

- Like the others, he enjoys experiencing new foods. Shaved ice is one of his favorites, but when he found out about frozen yogurt, he was swayed. He’s definitely the type of person who stocks up on snacks from the convenience store then goes back to where he’s staying, locks himself in his room, and proceeds to devour everything and nap.

- I see Toshiro as someone who would enjoy learning new languages and learning about other cultures. He has made i his goal to learn as many languages as possible, and if he’s able to, he’d like to travel to more countries aside from Japan. He’s learning English. Sometimes Chad will teach him some conversational Spanish. He gets a smartphone so he can use apps like Duolingo when he’s in the world of the living, and definitely suggests that the Soul Society should make more technological progress so he can use said apps in a completely separate plane of existence

Aw, thanks so much. I tried to be realistic with this, and hope I didn’t go too overboard or cynical lol

Being with a caring s/o who tends to get worried:

Shuhei Hisagi:

- Shuhei welcomes the affection due to never really having people around him who were willing to show him such care. He appreciates their worry, but sometimes when he’s tired he doesn’t want to deal with their anxieties on if he’s okay. He’s too logical to play a game of what ifs when it comes to unnecessary worry.

- Having someone who is constantly worried about him could stress him out because of his occupation. The risk of him getting hurt or not making it back home is very real, and he needs them to understand this if they can progress in their relationship. Since he’s very work oriented, it takes a lot of compromise. Especially if his s/o just is predisposed to worrying about others.

- Shuhei understands he can get immersed in his work, so to show he does care and appreciate them, he makes an effort to bring back things they may like. If the squad has sweets in the lobby, he might steal a few of them for his s/o, or he’ll help them run their errands.

- He enjoys the late nights where they might be taking a walk, and his s/o is by his side. They’re not holding each other or anything, but the light brushing of fingers helps him remember that there’s more to his life now than solely his squad or other commitments.

- In general, I feel like Shuhei would not work in a long term relationship with anyone who is excessively worried. He has too much going on to worry about their worry. That’s not to say that worry is not a part of being with someone, it just needs to be under control.

Jushiro Ukitake:

- Having a caring but constantly worried s/o is a sort of double edged sword for Jushiro.

- On one hand he’s very happy to have someone who is kind and compassionate enough about him to want to stay around him and even help out if his illness acts out. Their presence calms him when the worst of his panics set in.

- On the other hand, he does not want them to feel like the y need to be with him just so they can take care of them. It weighs on him heavily that there may be a chance they just pity him. There are occasions where he confronts his s/o about this and make it clear he would hold no grudges should they wish to leave him.

- That being said, he does admire their caring side. It meshes well with his own kind personality. He enjoys spending quiet time with them. If they accompany him to feed the fish in the pond or try to help him garden/trim bonsai, he is more than content.

- Part of him worries that because they care so much, others may hurt their feelings easier. He often has one of his subordinates shadow them from afar if he feels like they have been having a particularly off few days. He mostly does this so he can get a report back and see if there’s anything he can possibly do to help.

Byakuya Kuchiki:

- Byakuya would definitely enjoy having an s/o who’s caring and a little worrisome. Though he won’t show it, he enjoys being needed by them and if they pamper him, he welcomes it with little resistance, but only if it’s done in private.

- He does his best to console any worries they may have about his occupation or even his family pressures. For him, it only matters that they are safe and cared for.

- Definitely likes a caring and borderline nurturing s/o due to his more traditional upbringing, so they would get along well. There may be some communication issues in the beginning mostly because he does not know where to start with being more vulnerable around someone, so them showing their devotion through acts of kindness and just being there for him helps him.

- He tries to stifle any cause for worry by checking in with them when he can. This may involve evening chats or the occasional but abrupt heart to heart in his office that lasts for maybe three seconds and only involved a touch on the shoulder.

How would Shuhei, Izuru, and Jushiro react to coming to the world of the living and encountering an elderly man or woman who start to dote on them/ask them to come over for snacks and tea? How did they meet this person? (The Toshiro episode is so cute!!!!)

Oh, boy~ I kind of realized after I wrote this that I didn’t exactly stick to your prompt, but I hope you cry anyways, because I am.

Shuhei Hisagi:

- Shuhei came to the World of the Living partly as Kensei telling him he needs a vacation because the lieutenant is working himself to the bone. He thought it would be a nice idea to go learn how to play his guitar some more with the aid of Chad, so he’s staying with him.

- On his way from picking up some groceries, (His arrangement is that he’ll pay for food and cook if Chad gives him lessons pry this from my dead body) an older woman calls to him and mistaking him for her son. He can’t help but linger as she holds his hands and talks to him about how he looks like her son. He’s a little confused and reluctant but he asks if she is alone and if she’d like him to escort her home.

- She happily accepts, telling him she baked some sweets earlier and that she would give him some. He shrugs as she holds onto him arm and talks on and on about how his resemblance to her son is uncanny.

- Shuhei brings her to her home and is about to leave when she doesn’t accept, coaxing him to take his shoes off and have a cup of tea while she brings him some cookies. He’s still reserved but he can’t help but feel warm. He can’t remember the last time someone treated him in a motherly fashion.

- Once he’s helped her clean up and somehow has gotten roped into cleaning the kitchen and mopping her floor for gratitude (You can’t tell me he wouldn’t want to repay her for her kindness by helping her out some with chores she may find difficult) he bids her farewell. On his way back to Chad’s Shuhei can’t help try hiding a lingering smile.

Izuru Kira:

(not so much a sweet interaction, but I thought this would fit Izuru)

- Izuru probably got roped into coming into the World of the Living as back up for Renji on a mission. Part of the mission includes recon undercover, so he’s in a gigai provided by the Urahara shop.

- He’s at a park trying to scope for suspicious behavior when a boisterous old man tells him to square his shoulders. Izuru is caught off guard and looks around, finding the old man sitting at the bench. Izuru points to himself weakly and the man affirms that he’s speaking to the Soul Reaper.

- For a second Izuru wonders if the man is truly so close to death because he can see him but remembers that he’s in a gigai.

- Izuru confusedly squares his shoulders and stands straighter and the man calls him over. With nothing else to do and with no threat, he supposes he could humor this man. He sits next to the man who pulls out a smart phone.

- “My daughter bought me this forsaken thing but left before showing me how to use it. You kids are good with this kind of thing, and you aren’t doing anything important, so help an old man out:

- Cue Kill Bill sirens because Izuru’s only interaction with modern technology is a microwave and the flip phones that the Soul Society uses to contact them.

- Smartphone in hand, Izuru considers pulling a Renji and faking it until he makes it, but the man’s piercing eyes tell him if he attempts to sell any invalid schemes, then he might die there. So instead he offers a cynical “Who needs these things anyways when you can enjoy nature” which appeals to the old man’s philosophy.

- He finds himself passing time speaking to the old man and listening to stories of the man’s youth while offering his own vague tales, most of which involved the antics him and his friends were involved in at school. He does admit having someone to talk to who isn’t throwing odd earthly slang at him is satisfying.

Jushiro Ukitake:

- Jushiro probably came to the World of the Living in order to sight see. Having a change of scenery is nice every now and then, and he doesn’t have to worry too much about unnecessary violence.

- He’s in a fabric store because they offer a free knitting class in the evenings, so he shows up early to look at the selection of fabrics and other materials. He finds himself bubbling with excitement at all the colors and textures. Eventually he draws near the crochet section and finds an old woman who is stitching flowers into her canvas.

- Jushiro being the sweetheart he is immediately approaches her in awe asking, “How are you so good at this?” And this woman is charmed. She explains to him the method and even allows him to put in a few stitches. He becomes so enthralled in her explanations that he asks if she can teach him.

- She agrees and states it’s time for her to teach her knitting class. Jushiro gets really excited because HE’S taking a knitting class, so he follows her to the section of the store closed off for classes. He takes so much care in his little piece of fabric. He’s just learning for the first time, so he’s just focusing on making clean stitches. Every time she or someone else compliments his work, he blushes and thanks them profusely.

- Honestly, it’s safe to say that by the end of the class, he’s unintentionally charmed every person there and gives them a reason to show up to the next class

Chad motivating his s/o to work:

If his s/o is sleepy, tea may not be the best idea for its relaxing effects, but a more caffeinated tea would probably work. He’s go for black or green tea and provide a small snack. Ideally some type of finger food like carrots or crackers because you could snack on it during the duration of your work.

He would suggest getting up and stretching or getting some air to clear your mind. If you can talk him into it, he would do some jumping jacks with you to get your blood running, but he wouldn’t be extremely enthusiastic about it.

If push comes to shove, he’s great at coming up with a short term work plan that could help you check off your tasks.

Ask him to not let you go on your phone or get distracted and he complied wholeheartedly. You’re not getting your social media back until you finish that task.

If the task at hand is more delicate, he might offer words of encouragement to motivate you to finish up. He’s all about hard work paying off and your efforts being rewarded with peace of mind, but you can pester him a little and he might promise a nice evening alone. (Only if you finish that project)

He’s really good to ask to supervise you. He’s not going to pretend whatever you’re doing doesn’t suck or is boring, but he promises that if you complete it, you’ll have an easier time doing whatever is next or resting afterwards.

Beach with a fem!s/o head canons

Shinji Hirako:

- Shinji is the one to suggest going to the beach but is also complaining as soon as it comes time to go. He likes the aesthetic of beaches, but participating in beach activities seems redundant to him.

- That’s not to say he wouldn’t mind pulling up an umbrella and lounging in the shade listening to music while everyone else did their thing.

- He would definitely appreciate going swim suit shopping with his s/o and would suggest increasingly ridiculous swimwear and calling it sexy. He’d pull out a two piece that has glaring, ominous eyes and say that it would compliment his s/o. Or you know those swim suits that look like a shark is chomping on you? He would suggest it jokingly but secretly find it really cute. Props to an s/o who can take his humor and encourages his shenanigans.

- You’re mistaken if you don’t think members of the gang also invited themselves or were the ones to plan the trip in the first place.

- He prefers to watch his s/o hang out with everyone, but when Hiyori starts taunting him for not knowing how to play volleyball, and then Love and Rose start exchanging sly remarks about how his s/o would be better off without a man who can’t even win a game, then he gets riled up and challenges everyone.

- If he can get a moment alone with his s/o, best believe he’ll try teasing them and stealing a kiss or three and suggesting they leave.

- Most of his over the top reactions are just so he can get a smile or laugh from his s/o. As long as she’s enjoying herself, he doesn’t mind getting in the heat and risking an awful tan.

Jushiro Ukitake:

- I mean… you’ve seen the beach episode right? Loved it.

- He’s super excited to go and makes sure to pack sunscreen, water, extra blankets not only for himself and his s/o but for anyone else that may be accompanying them.

- He has this whole romantic date set up in his mind where he and his s/o will play in the water and he’ll carry them on his shoulders, but when they get to the beach, he feels a little winded from the unexpected heat.

- His s/o lets him know they don’t mind if he wants to just sit in the shade, but he denies any weakness.

-Jushiro is so sweet, he’ll just be swaying around hip deep in the ocean and enjoying himself. If his s/o decided to send a wave of water crashing over him, he can’t help but be surprised and even slightly shocked as to why they would do such a thing.

- He doesn’t mind splashing them a few times. His favorite is when they’re both about to topple over and can sit in the water for a bit, holding each other. It’s sickly sweet and everyone around them doesn’t know if they want to be the two or drown them.

- He does at some point need to take a break, so if his s/o brings over a cold drink or other treat, he’s more than happy to share. Jushiro’s an easy man to please. As long as there are no imminent causes for worry, he just enjoys spending time with his s/o.

- If anyone wanted to play a beach sport, he would encourage her to play with him and then proceed to fail at the game and/or possibly faint. It’s okay, no cause for concern.

- His s/o could suggest a nap on the shore once the sun starts to settle and people start to leave, and he would hop on that pretty enthusiastically.

Akon (this is my first time writing him, so I’m super unsure. I hope it’s okay though:)):

- A day at the beach? With no one from the 12th division around? He wants to leave as soon as possible and with a few people knowing where he’s going. I can’t imagine him going with a group like the other two, so it’s just him and his s/o.

- He doesn’t care much for the physical beach and only goes so he can see his s/o in a much more lax situation. During the stay at the beach, he just goes along with that his s/o wants to do.

- She wants to go for a short swim? Sure, he doesn’t mind. Build a sand castle? Architecture is one of his secret passions, and he’s excited to impress her. Collect sea shells? He thinks it’s fun to see her get excited about finding a blue one since all that she’s been finding are the white ones.

- When evening comes, he’s made them reservations by a sea side restaurant that overlooks the shore. Being able to share a nice meal and talk about matters that don’t involve his division or her work puts him at ease.

- He isn’t someone who exactly sees the beauty in a sunset, but he read that it’s a nice moment to share between couples. So later on in the evening, he arranges for them to find a nice spot on the sand and watch the sunset while sharing their favorite drink.

- All in all, it’s a nice self-care vacation away from the insanity of the Soul Society.
