Hyde from Coffee talk! Very cozy visual novel where you play as a barista listening to others’ stories, I highly recommend it! Hyde has my damn heart strings agh

Smile lines and silver hair are two of the most sexy things ever to exist and you can't change my mind. That person has lived and life has not broken their smile or their spirit. Youth is not the only standard of beauty.

if you're not obsessed with anything weird and niche please try harder. stop going outside for a while. consider getting weirder about the things you already like

I genuinely hope that everyone that hurt me in school has grown up into a kind and reasonable person. I hope I'm a better person now too.

people with mental illnesses and disabilities are not lazy for being affected by their symptoms.
you are not being lazy for not being as productive as others who can realistically afford to put that much energy into their work.

simply the fact that different body types for women go in and out of style throughout the decades should be enough to tell you that women’s bodies are considered consumable goods under capitalism

seriously if you step into any offline queer space for like two seconds you'll be staggered by the actual diversity of nonbinary people. I knew someone in college who was amab and balding and had a moustache and dressed like a dad and used she/her pronouns exclusively. I knew multiple people who you'd assume at first sight were cishet who used he/she/they. there are people you can't sort into amab and afab because it's literally impossible to tell because they've been playing 4D gender chess for 30 years.
like. none of it matters. you can make as many boxes and labels as you want, it's not gonna stop people from just being people.

some people always knew they were trans. others can look back and realize they always felt trans in some way, even if they didn't know.
some were content with their assigned gender, until they weren't. others genuinely were trans, until they weren't.
some people chose to be trans, or see part of their transness as a choice. others thought they were trans, but weren't.
some identified as trans, but terms like cis nonbinary fit them better. others are unlabeled, even if they could identify as trans.
some people's identity change a lot, whether they're questioning, genderfluid, or struggle with identity.
all of these people's experience of gender are equally beautiful and real. gender doesn't have to be this (universally) innate quality for our thoughts, feelings, actions, and identities to matter. for us all to have the right to be treated as who we are, and be afforded bodily autonomy as such. gender means something different to everyone. that's okay. that's beautiful.
