I know SEVERAL afab nonbinary people who, as soon as they came out as nonbinary - immediately began dressing in ridiculous hyper-femme outfits they never would have worn before. A lot of people see this and say shit like “Theyfab” or say they are only nonbinary for attention. After all, look how femme they are.
But to me, this makes perfect sense. When you are forced into the category of “woman” against your will, femininity is a chore. It’s a job that you have. As soon as you say no, I’m not a woman, suddenly femininity isn’t your job anymore. It’s not a requirement. It’s just a fun hobby you can get into. Or a little treat sometimes.
Totally no type in comfort characters- totally not older brothers who were outshined by their younger brothers because of their talents- totally not a type-
Comfort Character Tag!!
Rules: list 5 of your comfort characters and then tag 5 people
I got tagged by the lovely @bluecoolr <3
- Bo Sinclair (House of Wax)
- Dean Winchester (Supernatural)
- Uncle Iroh (ATLA)
- Manolo (The Book of Life)
- Castiel (Also from Supernatural, shhh-)
Ignore that my top two are emotionally damaged older brothers, I totally don't have a type and totally don't relate to them
Who I'm tagging (sorry if you've already been tagged in this!)
hate it when I call myself a girl and then someone goes "you're not a girl you're nonbinary/agender" and it's like. I am whatever I say I am. freak. I am a girl I am a little guy I am the man of the owl. I am nothing. I am everything. do not presume to know me in anyway I do not know myself
