My life has been hard to handle lately, and art block has been a bitch and a half because of it, plus my iphone 11 won’t let me draw the same way I used to anymore because apple took away touch sensitivity and it’s bullshit.

But. I have been working on rekindling my gvf love. It never went away, but it has fallen significantly to the backburner. Also I am feeling genuine happiness because it has been almost 6 months with my partner, and we are so happy and so healthy for eachother. It’s unlike any relationship before, it is everything I’ve ever wanted. I have no idea how I got so lucky. I get serenaded all the time, like holy fuck, dating a musician is fantastic. I knew I would end up with one.

So I think I am going to try and use all of that happiness as fuel to try and make some new art, traditionally. Art block is still here, but maybe I can get her to wiggle out of my way if I blast GVF and just focus on having a damn good time. Maybe dance around a little and feel the music, just like I did when each album came out, who knows? We’ll see.

I love you all. I hope everything is going okay for everybody.

sorry to reblog this again, but please consider commissioning me.. i’m really not in a good financial spot and my job search helper has been pushed back another whole week...

i will do gvf art!

If you want to, we can even figure out how to go about getting you your commission printed on a shirt or something else that’s available on redbubble, like stickers or tote bags or pillows. (if it’s a digital piece! my scanner isn’t all that great so traditional pieces wouldnt look as nice.) I just can’t upload my art to be available for everyone to buy. It needs to be on a personal basis. I figured it would be cool for people to have that option to have their own “one of a kind” shirt.

This would work by me uploading it privately and purchasing it with money you send to me, which would be the price of the commission itself, plus the base cost redbubble charges for printing/shipping the shirt/item. (the full price is discounted down to just the base price for me, since it’s my own art on my own account)

I still don’t have a job after being literally forced to quit (if you’re an abusive and manipulative person like my ex-manager, and you personally know the person you’re dealing with (me) has been routinely abused and has PTSD, it is very very easy to push that person into a corner and make them do whatever the hell you want. She “doesn’t like to fire people”.. The Unemployment Department doesn’t care though, so I cannot get any financial help from the government.) & I barely have any money left, and I need to be able to pay for gas to get to my appointments and classes, other necessities (& bills for next month, if I still haven’t found a job by then..). I’m panicking because this is the first time I’ve been without a job (and had none lined up to go into) ever, and I have next to no savings ($5 worth of change), so I really need help like, yesterday, and I hope you will consider commissioning me.
