As I embark on my fitness journey it's important for me to remember why I'm doing this.... It's not just for the looks, or to be skinny. For the last 5 year's my body has gradually started to feel broken it's stiff/sore most of the time and I feel either joint or muscle soreness more times than not, I'm barely 30 but my body feels like it's 60, I'm on my feet the majority of my day and the ware and tare of my job is starting to take its toll and I don't wanna feel like this anymore. Losing weight is only half of my journey, yes I do want to look in the mirror and like what I see and feel comfortable and confident in my own skin, but I also want to be able to move without everything cracking and popping, I want to be able to move without feeling stiff and have more energy to get through my day and not have to suffer through so many headaches like I have been lately... It'll be hard I've been trying for about 3 years to lose weight and have fallen off the wagon countless times but I haven't given up I want to be strong this time and focused and get my head in the game,I wanna feel like me again I want my clothes to fit and feel comfortable in them!!!
